Corridors were dark and gloomy, music in the 6th floor bar was very loud and disturbing when trying to sleep. Didnt have the breakfast option as we felt 25 euros per person is way too expensive.

Room was a good size and location was perfect. Roof top pool and sun loungers were a great way to relax. Reception staff were excellent.

It is strange that the bath is in the middle of the room (which is interesting design) but it is strangler that there is no door (which is awkward). What is really annoying is the insufficient sunbeds compared to the holes’ guests. However, this is the single high quality hotel in Bari (as to our knowledge) that has a pool on the roof with amazing view toward the sea and the old city!

The location of the hotel is perfect, the view from the rooms is amazing, the staff is friendly and the service is decent!

This is 5 star hotel but in my opinion it only deserves 4. Breakfast’s are boring and from 5 star hotel I expect more variety of dishes. No water in the room.

It’s peak season admittedly but the hotel is overpriced in my opinion..clearly playing on its location and lack of alternatives right in the city.. Paper cups in room for tea / coffee Cheap kettle- no pod machine Poor quality and worn bath towels.

Warm and friendly welcome at check in. We dropped off our bags before returning a rental car to the airport and on returning to the hotel later to check in our bags we’re already in our room. Nice touch. Indeed all staff we met were helpful and warm…breakfast team especially. Good location, not too far to walk to old town and city centre. Room was a good size with a side view to the sea. Clean and spacious with open plan bath / shower area. Very nice breakfast room on 6th floor with views over the Adriatic.

Rooms look like from Barbie plastic world -mid 50s last century . Ugly colors . Terrible plastic , small and uncomfortable furniture. TV was the size of the shoe box. Tiny refrigerator like from old movies. Bathrooms with broken tiles, dirty, and with stains all over .

Great location, across the street from the Adriatic see , beautiful views, close to old town and city center . People working there were very nice and accommodating.

The bathroom and bedroom are not separate. The shower is a glass cubicle next to the bed. Thankfully the toilet had a door!

Walk to old town is 15 minutes. Rooftop pool and sun deck is nice but needs some areas shaded or umbrellas.

However, where the hotel missed the mark for a 5-star rating was primarily in the because some areas of the hotel, including our room, showed signs of wear that you wouldn't expect in a luxury establishment. It felt more like a strong 3-4-star hotel rather than reaching the elevated standards associated with a true 5-star property.

We recently stayed at JR Hotels in Bari, expecting a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, the reality fell a bit short of that rating. While there were definite highlights, several aspects prevented it from truly feeling like a luxury accommodation. On the positive side, the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning. Additionally, the breakfast offered was excellent. There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the quality of the food was certainly a highlight of our stay.

every thing was perfect even free water in room

We arrived at Hotel at noon and were able to checkin straight away and use pool and facilities. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was included in our price which was amazing. lots of choice and lots of tasty Italian options. we were allowed a late check out at 12 and the reception stored our bags whilst we explored Bari old town. They organised a taxi to get me and my friends to the train station. Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Thank you to all
