Ridiculous nonsense where I wanted Perrier water at dinner but they wouldn’t get it from the bar, so I went to the bar and got it - the barman there came with me and told the restaurant waiter that should have got Perrier for me. It’s rated 5* but that wasn’t good service. Drinks service at the pool was hard to get hold of. Should be doing better on things like this

It smelt nice! Room was quite compact, but bed was very comfortable and shower was clean and had hot water. Indian restaurant was lovely and food great. Asian restaurant was really cold (aircon too high - colder than any other part of the hotel) and we were relieved to get out - it spoilt the meal — great views though

Location, location, location! Being close to most of the attractions is a big plus. It means that you don't have to sit in traffic a lot and can get to wherever you need to go quickly. The India gate is just a 10min walk! The property itself is very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the service was exceptional! We had a fantastic time and the staff made sure we are treated like royalty

The beds are a bit narrow I don't like when they block an amount from my credit card (which has not been unblocked yet) at check-in The hotel is not well-disposed towards smokers, we have to smoke right in front of the hotel I don't like bathtubs in hotels.

The room was great, we were on the 17th floor and the view was great. The duvets are lovely. The breakfast and food options are great.. Our room also included an additional afternoon snack on the 20th floor. There were live white lilies everywhere in the hotel, including in the room.

The beds are a bit narrow for a 5 star hotel. At the reception they blocked an amount from my credit card upon check-in, which is greater than the amount of all the nights and a week later it is still blocked on my card. There are not enough places to smoke, you have to smoke right in front of the hotel or on the pool on the 4th floor, without the possibility to sit, you have to stand and that is not pleasant on warm days.

The rooms are superb, we were on a high floor and the view is amazing. The duvets are lovely. The breakfast exceeded all our expectations. Our room also included an additional afternoon snack with coffee on the 20th floor. Fresh white lilies everywhere in the hotel. I am impressed.

Very little. The outdoor swimming pool was pretty bracing in the morning (early April) but better in the afternoon/evening. The hotel car to the airport seemed expensive, but was very efficient.

There was an excellent Indian breakfast buffet, though I could have done with English translations of the dishes. Advice from other guests was most helpful

The swimming pool is small and has minimal other facilities to accompany it. Also, you have to walk through the gym to access it which is a bit inconvenient.

This room we had the bathroom door facing the bed - where it was easy to hear what is going on in the bathroom……

From arrival to departure all staff were smiling and happy to help. Bed was extremely comfortable - our room had very good view of the city..
