Fantastic hotel, spotless, staff were lovely and the barman Terence i think he was called was an absolute gent and made fabulous cocktails

Parking wasn't easy to find, roadworks adjacent to hotel meant I ended up in public car park a short distance away

Parking is bad. Was served a burger in a cold bun. Otherwise the food was good

Location next to a main thoroughfare so fair amount of traffic noise, esp as no Aircon so had to keep windows open. Location is in a dodgy part of town near sex shops etc

No air conditioning in room. Had a fan which helped. Having windows open to very noisy street.

Great location with free parking. The rooms were larger than expected and the staff was very helpful.

There are multiple doors you need to pass through with luggages which made it a little inconvenient but overall a great stay.

Breakfast was lovely, lots of food on offer. On site parking.

The room was very comfortable with a nice renovated bathroom and lovely toiletries.

Breakfast- only two cereals available, no porridge or muesli.The first day the buffet was lukewarm. We asked a member of staff for poached eggs, after 15 minutes politely asked again but they were never served- the restaurant was not busy at this time. The second morning we did get the poached eggs and an apology, however they were served on a small side plate which made no sense. The bacon was burnt and the butter had run out of supply at the self serve counter, we had to ask for some butter and wait a few minutes There does not appear to be anyone checking if food is replenished . Overall a very disappointing and disjointed effort. Separately when we were leaving we could not move our car nor could the people parked beside us who were also leaving, as there was a car parked in front of us.. not in a parking spot. When I went to reception to report this with the car registration it turned out to be the Managers car. He came out and moved it but did not even acknowledge us never mind apologise. A disappointing experience overall.
