Reviews of Ráday Residence at the Heart of Budapest with AC

Very nice apartment with two bathrooms.

There was bed linen left hanging to dry for future guests. Usually this is done somewhere else. Also there were thick layer of dust on surfaces such as TV and stove hood, interior elements.

Very good location.

Everything was dusty. We found wet towels from the previous guest in the drawers, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. There was a coffee machine but no coffee capsules, a washing machine without detergent, cooking pans and pots without handles, and no iron or steamer. When I told the host about the missing items, he only replied that he was sorry and didn’t make any effort to resolve the issue. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Everything we liked it, Room was clean, well equipped, walkable distance to bus stop. Very very nice host. Definitely i will book this place for my next visit.

Mainly the location. As we travelled with a baby we were looking also for air conditioning, kitchen and washing machine. Considering the unreasonable prices in Budapest it was decent quality-price.

The kitchen and bathroom were not the cleanest, is ok for a couple of days but we stayed 8 nights so it wasn't the best. The communication before arrival was great but after checking in the host didnt reply to my messages on time or at all. Despite having a washing machine I had to buy a drying rack which I left in the flat and I hope other guests can use. We felt a high humidity in the entire flat but mostly in the bathroom. I would advise to add a short demo on how to close the door in the video with the instructions on how to find the keys, as it isn't straightforward.

Very close to the Danube river, quite close to the city center. Just 3 min of walkaway to a tram station with easy access to the whole city.

It was cozy, clean and well equipped with anything someone might need (pans, microwave, washing machine, blow dryer, and an AC).

It was perfect

The residence was excellent price-quality wise. The shower was most proper, and the beds were comfortable. All necessary amenities were present. Communication with the owners was most straightforward and friendly, which really augmented the experience! We really enjoyed our stay at Raday Residence and thoroughly recommend it!

Great deal for the price, easy check in and check out. Good location, one tram away from the central city and main attractions. A grocery store nearby.

Beds are comfortable.

Not clean, hard to breath (windows were probably never opened before). Host took forever to answer the messages and help us.

Friendly staff, well maintained and clean apartment equipped with modern kitchen, and latest TV with Netflix.

Nothing much to complain, but AC is only available on central hall and not reachable to bedrooms creating bit of suffocating due to the summer weather. Bath tub must have a curtain or screen, entire bathroom floats with water after the shower creating slippery surface all over.

There was a drain smell in the bathroom. There’s no balcony even though in the advertising it says that it has one.

Extremely convenient location of the apartments: - close to many historical places - practically in the pedestrian zone of the central part of Budapest - access to various types of public transport within a couple of hundred meters. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen equipment, no outside noise.

Best apartment and very affordable. I wish i could spend more time here. However the owner should show the entrance more clearly.

it was dirty and not everything worked as it should. The door handle remains in your hands when you open it

I like location, and we got clear intructions how to collect keys of appartment.

There was smell from te bathroom, sheets were not really clean (looked as someone used them already), and dishes were not clean. We left appartment cleaner then we got it on arrival :-)
