There was bed linen left hanging to dry for future guests. Usually this is done somewhere else. Also there were thick layer of dust on surfaces such as TV and stove hood, interior elements.

The kitchen and bathroom were not the cleanest, is ok for a couple of days but we stayed 8 nights so it wasn't the best. The communication before arrival was great but after checking in the host didnt reply to my messages on time or at all. Despite having a washing machine I had to buy a drying rack which I left in the flat and I hope other guests can use. We felt a high humidity in the entire flat but mostly in the bathroom. I would advise to add a short demo on how to close the door in the video with the instructions on how to find the keys, as it isn't straightforward.

Mainly the location. As we travelled with a baby we were looking also for air conditioning, kitchen and washing machine. Considering the unreasonable prices in Budapest it was decent quality-price.

Very close to the Danube river, quite close to the city center. Just 3 min of walkaway to a tram station with easy access to the whole city.

Nothing much to complain, but AC is only available on central hall and not reachable to bedrooms creating bit of suffocating due to the summer weather. Bath tub must have a curtain or screen, entire bathroom floats with water after the shower creating slippery surface all over.

Extremely convenient location of the apartments: - close to many historical places - practically in the pedestrian zone of the central part of Budapest - access to various types of public transport within a couple of hundred meters. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen equipment, no outside noise.

We had a pleasant stay. The hosts were very helpful. We had some little problems in the beginning with check-in. But thanks to quick communication, the check-in problems were solved easily. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It's located near the river in a quiet street, about 40 min walk from Keleti station and 40 min walk to the Budapest, Széchenyi Lánchíd Bridge.

It was a little bit cold.As we were for 2 nights only, there was not enough time for the air conditioning to warm the apartment.Comunnication with host was a little bit hard, but gladly we didn't need it.

Heating system doesn't work. Even in the bathroom, electrical heater doesn't work. We managed to heat up with anithing available but that's not the right way. My feeling is that owner knows and deliberately set the temperature to 20 degree

A great quiet and safe building/ selfcatering apartment. Basic and very confirtabke. Perfect for a couple The location was super relative to Danube attractions, Centre of Town and all transportation access. Thermal baths are ver accessible, walking distance (Gellert) or by public transport( Szechenyl) Raday utca(street) host a number of great small restaurants, pubs and takeouts. Spar(groceries/drinks/bakeryDeli/etc) is 5 mins walk for. keep in mind this is not a hotel, we loved it, our own dependence! Wifi worked perfect as we had 30% business and 70% leisure time Enjoyed it!
