The apartment is well kept and clean. The owner Matija and his parents are friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is about 5mins walk from the Slunj Bus station and 900m away, 15mins walk to Rastoke Village. There is scheduled buses from Slunj to Plitvice Lake and vice versa. We took bus to Plitvice Lake (€5.50) connect bus to Split (€26.50). Can prior check and buy tickets online.

Was a little hard to find exact location but one phone call to host and we were provided directions immediately.

Great location - close to cute/historic town of Rastoke and Plitvice Lakes National Park. Pristine and thoughtfully updated. Host provided us with helpful information on surrounding area and places to eat and gave us some fresh fruit upon arrival.

Nothing not to like. Just note that it’s a house and the rooms are in the top floor (3rd level) and there’s no elevator.

Located in Slunj, right outside the tourist village of Rastoke. The hosts were very nice. The room was nice and clean and comfortable and there’s a fridge for keeping your food and treats cool in the blazing heat of the croatian summer. Rastoke is very small and can be seen within 30 mins-1 hour but it’s really nice to go for a swim in the river to cool off in the summer. There’s a tower with two platforms to jump from and some floatables for kids in the river. Very close to rafting/kayaking, horse riding and quad biking companies.

That was the best stay during our holiday! Nice and talkative landlord, well equipped and designed room, quiet area, and incredible views in the neighbourhood. We spend here only three days, but we could rest enoguh in such a short time... Next time we will stay much longer, definitely!

Room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully styled with a really comfortable bed, nice pillows and lovely blankets. There was also an espresso coffee machine with ground coffee supplied. The host was very welcoming and friendly and gave some good tips about the local area. Easy parking and access to a nice walk down to the river is close by.

The minute we stepped into the house, we could tell the host took very good care of the property. Our bedroom and bathroom were very clean, cozy and spacious. Free parking at the property. A bakery, 3 grocery stores, a few restaurants and cafe bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Very convenient location. We chose this place as our base for our visit to Plitvice Lakes National Park because Rastoke is such a beautiful and peaceful village which is only 10mins walk from this property. Drive to Plitvice park is easy and scenic within 30mins reach. Totally recommend this property.

I've traveled a lot and stayed in many top-tier hotels, but this place stands out in my memory in a positive way. Particularly, its cleanliness was exceptionally outstanding. Since Plitvice Park is not far, I am confident that staying here and traveling there the next day is a good choice for anyone with a car.

I highly recommend this accommodation, everything was wonderful, comfortable, extremely clean, super kind host, close to Rastoke-which is wonderful-and the supermarket, free parking in front of the location. It was a dream!
