Loft toilet so you need to watch your head

The location in old town was great. I had a few stairs up and down but with great help from Dora she gave great advice and that made it so much easier. The room was neat and tidy, I had the most comfortable sleep of my whole 5 week trip. The property had everything I needed and close to restaurants and the main attractions. Thanks Dora for all your hospitality and assistance I really appreciate and enjoyed my stay

The bathroom toilet was in Open View of downstairs bedroom due to a poorly placed mirror at the staircase, some privacy in these situations would be nice

Would benefit from new pillows and some glasses in the kitchen. We were unable to watch a movie and we tried on several occasions but the tvs signal kept dropping out.

This property is beautiful. It’s clean, bright, centrally located inside the walls. Room came with a kitchenette, seating area, large comfortable bed and clean bathroom with toiletries. I was so thankful to find such an accommodating host at such hours of the night after being scammed from a different property.

Toilet did not seem to have any handrails to dry out used towels or wet clothes. As we were there during summer, we had wet swimwear to dry out. Rooms are quite expensive but again, was during summer and Dubrovnik was very busy. Just make sure you're prepared for stairs as its pretty much everywhere in Old Town.. Large suitcases were a bit annoying for us as it was a mission to get to the room and when we checked out.

The bed was super comfortable and the check-in process was easy. It was quite central and only a few steps away from the main street and all the hustle and bustle if old town Dubrovnik. Dora was super helpful with her recommendations as well. While the room is small, I believe this is quite common in old town Dubrovnik.

No drawers or shelves to put clothes

We booked two rooms. Duplex aparment has nowhere to put clothes. There's no drawers or shelves, kind of inconvenient, but there was a couch where we managed to put our clothes. There is a spot with a couple of hangers. And they were kind enough to provide more hangers as we asked. Other than that location couldn't be better, and the host is incredibly nice and helpful. Gave us really good tips.

i guess it is everywhere in old town, you had to carry your luggage up and down the steps of old town. you could easily hear the next door people in the apartment but it was generally quiet.

Perfect stay right in the heart of the Old Town! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly convenient for exploring the Old Town — everything is within walking distance. Despite the central location, it’s peaceful at night, which is a real bonus. Dora was amazing: super responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The apartments were exactly as described and check in was a breeze. Located near a gate for easy transport in and out of the old town. Our host was delightful and super helpful during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Given the very central location of the accommodation and being surrounded by fish restaurants, there's a fish smell which is quite intense when you open the windows. But there's not much to do about that since it's outside of the host's control. I'm just mentioning it as a good to know.

We had an amazing stay in this charming old house right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the main street, yet still peaceful and authentic. The apartment had everything we needed and more, including beach towels, which was a lovely surprise. Room service was top-notch. Meeting the host, Dora, was a real highlight—she was warm, helpful, and stayed in touch throughout our stay. She even offered us a discount at a great nearby restaurant.
