Kitchen was missing some basic things like a knife for cutting fruit and vegetables and dish cloths. One of us felt there weren’t sufficient lights. The restaurant that was mentioned for breakfast and dinner is about a 5 minute walk away and there wasn’t a sign stating it was connected to guest house Korita

Extremely responsive when we reached out for something. Booking.com site doesn’t mention that payment is cash ONLY and we forgot about the confirmation email that told us cash payment on arrival. Host gave us plenty of time to get the necessary cash

Very clean, Mr Anton was very polite and helpful. The beds were quite comfortable, the neihberhood is very quiet. Very close to plitvice National park.

Payment is only in cash. All ATMs in Croatia in touristic places take draconian commision like 13% for cash withdrawals. You explicitly told that checkout is at 10 a.m. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 9:30 and it's located in a family restaurant 500 meters away. All the guests had to go to breakfast by car to be able to return in time and have a chance to visit the toilet after the breakfast. Breakfast is not a buffet but portioned "thing" without any choice. At the bar you could only take a water and juice like water. The breakfast itself is one (1) fried egg, 2 thin slices of cheese and ham per adult person (if you with baby/child - they don't get anything) and cheapest yougurt, that nobody even open. Also, tea or coffee on your choice. We left almost hungry as we were. Overall impression, they run hotel and restaurant for business and not to be a place that people would remind or want to return.

Didn’t realise breakfast wasn’t on the premises and the shower was broken.

Perfect overnight stay after visiting the lakes. We had a lovely evening meal in the same place where breakfast was served.

No paper towels, no dish towel or dish soap. Cheap combo shampoo and body wash, no hand soap. No top sheet on beds. Tv didn’t work even after I asked. Shower clogged and pooled an inch of water. No instructions for tv or how to operate heat (only dining area heat worked). One bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and leaked from under sink, flooding the bathroom. There was no freezer. Check in was not particularly helpful; it seemed that someone besides the property owner checked us in. I was completely unaware that it was cash only until the moment of payment. I just re-read the site description and I still didn’t see it mentioned. Before checking in we tried to call the property and was told “Can’t talk. Message me”. This was frustrating. Later, we texted that tv wasn’t working and got no response. When I messaged thru booking.com that bathroom flooded, did not get a response. While essentially the property was clean, spacious and basically comfortable, all these other factors made it extremely annoying to stay here.

Well kept, clean but we had to carry our own luggage by stair case to the third floor. We are no longer youngsters and it was difficult and heavy task.
