Very comfortable flat. Every thing you need you can find it. Very friendly owners. Bus station is near by to go to Dubrovnik city. You can feel home. Grocery , bakery, and pizza shop is close by. Also there is cafe near the bus stop.

The apartment was immaculate and it was like going from home to home! Very well maintained and equipped and had everything we needed including toiletries. The bed linen and towels all very clean and in excellent condition. The air conditioning was very welcoming too. We weren't disturbed by noise during the night. The bus stop to Dubrovnik is only a 5 minute walk away and the service is good. Marijela and Mirislav are very friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to any questions we had. They also provided with us with the bus timetable which was extremely useful and it was also very welcoming to find two beers in the refrigerator for our arrival! I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending the apartment!

Although the apartment is generally clean, I would like the floor to be cleaner.

The apartment is big with a fully equipped kitchen. Balcony can see Dubrovnik at a distance. Bus stops with bus 1A/1B are just around the corner, bringing you straight to Dubrovnik old town. There is a nice restaurant named 'Bistro Despet' with a river view about 5 minute's drive away.

There is no lift so those with heavy luggage needs to take note.

Hosts were amazing, and we communicated earlier via WhatsApp. The house was well equipped to feel like a family home. Bus stop to Dubrovnik old town was very near, opposite bakery with good apple strudel.

We felt like we were at our own home. The decoration of the house was very nice. The rooms and furniture were very clean. The hosts are wonderful people, they gave us detailed information about the city. They welcomed us when we arrived home. It's great that the house has free parking.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the apartment's welcoming ambiance and thoughtful design. The space was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is bus within 5mins for a short trip to the old town . I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony, which made for a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the owners. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I had a minor issue during my stay, and they responded with impressive promptness, arriving within 20 minutes of my call to resolve it. Their attentiveness and genuine care for their guests' comfort made a significant positive impact on my experience.

Everything was good

Everything was very good. Hosts met us in the apartment as we arrived. They gave us some very useful advices for visiting Dubrovnik - visit using public transport. Also, there was cold juice prepared for us in the fridge. Thank you!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 days while visiting Dubrovnik old town, the apartment is absolutely huge and very clean with a stunning view, the photos really do not do it justice. The bed was very comfy and had plenty of soft pillows, the hosts were very kind and told us where everything was and left us with juices and coffee for our stay. For us the location was great being a short walk from the bus stop with buses coming every 15 minutes to the old town, and about a 10 min journey by bus/cab… highly recommend if you are travelling with a car as this property has an allocated parking space and much of Dubrovnik is terrible for parking as I learned the last time I came!. We would definitely stay again.

The distance from the old city is approximately 25 minutes by bus. That wasn't a problem as we've been only twice but it is good to know that it isn't 6 minutes

While it was not too close to the historical centre, there was a bus very close by which stops at the gates to the historical centre. The host was very friendly and attentive and supplied us with lots of information about where to eat and transport. There is an amazing pizzeria (pizza Laus) just a couple of houses away which made the best pizza I have ever eaten and it is incredibly cheap. There are so many good points about this property that I struggle to list them all.

If you want a value for money apartment in Dubrovnik this is it.The location is perfect because of the bus station 1B just 50 meters away from the apartment that goes straight to the old town in 15 minutes with a very frequent timetable.The apartment was extremely clean and the hospitality amazing.They were waiting for us to come and gave us all the informations we needed. Extra advantages is the pizzeria-gril Laus, bakery and mini market just below the apartment.
