The apartment was very clean,very well equipped and chic. The owners we’re very nice and helpful. The location was only 2 bus stops from the city center. We had a beautiful beach close to the apartment and some markets. It was one of the best experiences on booking and i think the best apartment in which i’ve stayed. I strongly reccomend this apartment.

Nothings great place to come to

Would like to say had a wonderful time there it was a 10 mins walk to old town and 10 mins walk to the harbour and some lovely places to eat and drink . The home was really nice would recommend this place to anyone who are going there .Just like to say a big thank you to the hosts i left a wallet there with my cards and money when I went to split they got in touch with me and returned my wallet which I am so grateful for that.

Our stay at this apartment was simply lovely. It had everything you could want — a warm welcome upon arrival, a dedicated parking space, and a spacious layout with two comfortable bedrooms. The modern bathroom was spotless, and the air conditioning in every room made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals, and the location couldn't have been better — just a 15-minute walk to Dubrovnik's Old Town. There's also a supermarket only 3 minutes away, which was super convenient. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. And when I return, I already know where I’ll be staying.

Everything was wonderful! Lydia and her daughter Fanny are very nice and hospitable. Lydia helped to navigate and advised places to visit. The apartment is very clean, renovated and has everything for a comfortable stay. The location is good, 15 minutes walk to Bellevue beach, in radius of 300m you will find grocery stores. It’s cheap to get to the city and the port of Gruz by taxi. We were satisfied with this place and recommend it to others.

If I had to make any complaint, you have to be very careful when exiting the property! Definite blind spot due to bushes. Although, no reflection on the owner. That’s the property owner issue!

If windows are open at night there is some street noise even though there are huge hedges in front of the building. Not a problem but something to be aware of.

The apartment was big, clean and modern. It had everything provided that we could need, including a parking spot. It was an easy andnl scenic walk which took approx 20 mins into the old town. There were buses nearby and it was close to shops and supermarkets

Extremely clean. Proactive, lovely host and her daughter. AC works well. Shower is modern and lots of pressure. The welcome gift was a nice touch. If you like a dark room to sleep, look nowhere else, the shutters are amazing.

The apartment is fantastic. Very modern with high quality furniture and finish. Anton was extremely helpful, telling us all the information about the area and where to go. The apartment has a free parking place which is invaluable in Dubrovnik as parking is expensive on the outside and difficult to find. The location of the apartment is great. As you walk out and turn right it is a short walk to bars, restaurants and the harbour. Turn left and it is about a 15 to 20 min walk to the old town. The bus stops are almost directly opposite the apartment to take the bus to the old town if needed. There is a large supermarket about 4 to 5 minute walk (konsum) for all you need. Taxi to the Old town costs around 10 euros if you don't want to walk or catch the bus. You don't need a car as our hire car stayed in the parking place and only moved when we travelled on to Lumbarda Island for the next stage of our holiday.

Amazing host!! Lidija and her daughter were super friendly and helpful. Showed us around the house and makes us very comfortable. The location is between the new and old town. It's walkable to both. (Appx 15mins) The house is clean, beds are comfortable. Parking is easy too.. the direction given were clear. I would recommend and stay here again if I have a chance.

Great parking space - the apartment is really close to the main (wide) street and it's easy to park which is uncommon in Dubrovnik where is a lot of narrow roads. Apartment is fully equipment and it's in perfect location - in the half way from Old City and "New" Port. It's possible to visit all places in Dubrovnik by foot (as me) or by Bus (as my parents)

The apartment had a feeling that it was totally new. It was furnished and equipped with very practical amenities - all with a nice style A separate AC in every room. In reality it is even better than the pictures show it.

Lidija and her daughter are very kind and welcoming, they explained us everything that we can do in the city. The apartment is fully furnished and completely renovated. The apartment is 15 min walking from the center, a nice walk with a great view and mostly flat. Some shops are very close to the apartment. The parking spot is perfect.

It was one of my best booking.com experience. Everything was just amazing. The appartment is new, clean and cozy. You'll get everything you need starting from cooking to hygien stuff. Lidia is very attentive person who tried to help us as much as she can. She explainded how we can get to the nearest shop, pharmacy, beach, adviced what to visit and how to move around Dubrovnik. When we had health issues with our kids she bring us termometer and adviced about medical system. I felt like I have one more mother in a best sense. We like the place as well. It was 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town and has Bellevue beach nearby. It was in the middle of Dubrovnik and took 5-7 eur to get to any part of the town by Uber. We enjoyed staying at Apartment Fani with free private parking. Hope to get back again.

I was sorry that I had to leave so soon, because the apartment is ideal for a longer stay.

I liked everything! Big, comfortable apartment, with everything you need. Very clean and new, with attention on little details that makes the difference. Big boiler in the bathroom that assures you hot water even for longer showers . Air conditioning in every room, which assures the right temperature for every taste 😃. I think the apartment is ideal for a family vacation. The private parking space is a big plus, considering the prices in Dubrovnik (80€/ day). Considering that there may be more apartments with the same name in Dubrovnik, it’s wise to write the address on google maps, to be sure you’re going at the right place.
