No proper bar/cafe serving by the pool. Pool was smaller and shallower than what we expected.

Fabulous cleaning, comfy beds and really good pillows, efficient aircon, big enough room for 3 people.

Tiny,tiny shower with erratic hot/cold water. We managed but it wasn’t a shower you could take your time in.

Lovely big one bed apartment on the top floor with a huge sunny terrace. Comfortable bed and sofa. It had everything we needed. Fantastic friendly staff on reception and a lovely hard working cleaner who came in every day and was meticulous. We loved our stay.

We were in a one bedroom apartment and didn't appreciate that the kitchen living area didn't have a window, this made it feel a bit claustrophobic at times. The kitchenette was functional but only had a fridge, two hobs and a kettle. Would have been good to have had a microwave and/or a toaster. The bathroom was large but, as others have stated, a very small shower. The air-conditioning unit was situated on the balcony, which meant you were blasted with hot air if you were sat out there with air con switched on for others inside

The location is perfect for the beach, bars and restaurants. About 20 minutes walk to the beautiful old town too. Air conditioning was wonderful and daily housekeeping kept the apartments spotlessly clean. Reception staff were always happy to help with information on the area. Pool area was quiet and never a problem to get a sunbed and parasol.

Noise of the street and our ‘neighbours’ in our room (closest one to the street)

Spacious and comfortable room. Staff cleaning the hotel and room every day. Friendly staff which helped us with a parking spot (blocking their exit), because all parking spots in the streets were occupied. Nice pool.

The shower was small (as expected from other comments) but we got used to it!

This hotel is very clean and close to supermarkets, restaurants and beach. We enjoyed the walk into old town. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, Agape had answers to our many questions! Our apartment was very roomy and kitchen well equipped. There is no designated parking but we were always able to find a space within a block. We would definitely book here again!

Small shower and sometimes we could hear other people from the corridor.

The staff are just incredible in all honesty, they helped with every request that we had they even gave me their worker's hair dryer to help me. They have a beautiful positive attitude and explain everything so gracefully! The location is around 15 mins walk from the "center" of Rethymno. We never had a problem with the parking, there was always a spot available. The room was clean and spaciou and the beds were comfy. A great stay overall!

The shower cubicle is a bit small but apart from this the room is really spacious and comfortable.

Very good location, near Rethymno beach, many shops, bars and restaurants in the area, however the hotel is really quiet. Staff is excellent, really friendly and eager to help with any request.

Very small shower enclosure that was almost unusable. Tired and dated decor. Poor leaky aircon. Non-functioning aircon. Toilet not flushing - Only fixed that day after complaining that “next day” wasn’t acceptable (there was a further unannounced visit as we were getting ready to go out).

Shower was so small and in rough shape. Sliding doors didn't slide shut. So small you can barely turn around in it.

Room didn't have a microwave or toaster. But did have a 2 ring hob. Wasn't really a problem but couldn't think of what was not too like about this hotel! Maybe swimming pool children's area could do with a bit adding to make it more inviting for families.

Very friendly small hotel. Morning and evening receptionist staff went out of their way to help. Cleaners work very hard rooms attended to every day and the hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast included, which was buffet style, worked very well for me. Receptionist Maria also does the breakfast and is on hand to keep the plates topped up. Fruit, yoghurt, cold meats, cheese, cereal, bread, croissants etc and toast of course. Walking distance to beach, shops and many restaurants and bars. Would definitely like to come again.

Is very close to the beach and shops! Easy to walk around the old town! The staff are nice and helpful! They understand English and speak as well! The receptionist Agapy is a really great person! We will definitely come back! Check out is at 12 which is perfect

Agapi was extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Beds were fantastic. Will use again next time we are in Rethymno.

The bed in our room was a foam mattress and to be honest was not that comfortable. It was a double bed only, and not the usual 2 singles that you get in a double room.

This is a nice hotel. We had the only room on the top (5th Floor) with a large outdoor terrace. It does face south though and gets very hot, if you want some shade then this is not the room for you. There are 2 air-cons in the apartment which worked extremely well to keep the place cool. Pool is good and was quiet when we were there. Hotel is just one block from the beach which was lovely. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town.

The location is wonderful, only a short walk to the beach and a very nice promenade that leads to the Old Town Rethymno. Plenty of restaurants and shops very close to the hotel. A supermarket is located one block away.

First of all the staff where super friendly and helpful. The rooms where cleaned every day, and change off towels and linnen every other day. Location excellent

The host were very kind! The rooms and the hotel are very clean. The beach is one minut away as are the markets. If I were to come to Rethymno again, I would choose the same hotel! ❤️
