Beautiful location with picture perfect views (excellent location for sunset sitting in your own private jacuzzi) staff where very friendly and informative with what to do on island and how to avoid tourist traps! Would definitely stay here again

Breath taking views. Awesome. It's a bit expensive but everything in Santorini is. There are many pricier hotels in Santorini that are not as nice. It's the nicest one on the island in my view. The view is top notch, great balcony, private pool and dining area to watch the best sunset i've ever seen. Included breakfast is delicious, staff is awesome, room is quiet. You will remember your time here. 10/10

Nothing isn't nice. Santorini isn't for the poor tbh but you will remember your time here. Breath taking views and it's gorgeous. Highly recommend.

The view was amazing!

We booked the sugarmoon suite for our honeymoon, this was described with infinity pool and plunge pool, stating ‘private pool’. Unfortunately we arrived to find out that the infinity pool is shared with the apt next door, so you are less than 2 meters away from each other. This is not stated on website and was a huge disappointment , especially after paying 750 euros a night. The plunge pool isn’t private either, the other apt can view this from the infinity pool, plus there are cameras everywhere and reception was viewing all activity, be aware!! The place is also in need of a refurb, rust stains on the floor, chips everywhere. All in all, not worth the money, go elsewhere.

Everything was exceptionally perfect. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and organized whatever we needed. The room was big and open and the view from our infinity pool to the the sea and the rest of Santorini was the best that we've ever had and likely probably will ever have - hard to beat. Truly recommend the experience!

Beautiful property with super nice people that works there ,I had the most interaction with Riota and Suliman and they were both the most helpful whenever we needed anything literally ! The view from the hotel is the best view we have seen from anywhere around Santorini ,we did not have to reserve a place outside to watch the sunset because for sure it was not going to be as nice as the one in the hotel

Amazing set of suites (this is not a hotel but individual suites) the view of the caldera and most importantly the sunset every night was spectacular. Suites are exceptionally clean and well looked after everything you need for a relaxing stay. The plunge pool / jacuzzi was fantastic I could sit there and watch the sun go down.

Nothing for me as I had the most private suite some of the others are slightly over looked if that bothers you.

This was by far my absolute favorite hotel of all time. I’ve stayed at incredible places before, but nothing compares to Alti! The view is simply breathtaking, truly unforgettable. The staff was exceptional, especially Yiota, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Every detail was thought of, and everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless and the daily breakfast was honestly the best breakfast I had during my two-week stay in Greece. It was delivered to your poolside, such a treat! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and a tour of the property. Our room was immaculate, with wine waiting for us upon arrival. The private balcony, our own pool, and the jaw-dropping views made it feel like paradise. It was peaceful, luxurious, and truly sensational. Everyone we encountered was polite, welcoming, and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this amazing place — look no further, you have to stay here. This was hands-down our favorite time during our 2 week stay on the Greek Islands. A huge thank you to everyone at Alti Hotel, especially Yiota, for making our stay absolutely unforgettable.

Everything is perfect,stuff are very kind and helpful they upgraded me with a better room for free, definitely soon I will be back to this place,the best sunset I ever seen and place is amazing.

Outstanding views of the caldera and sunset. Location was private and peaceful. Our room was amazing. The staff were exceptional, they took care of everything we could possibly think of, and were extremely welcoming and friendly. I will definitely return to this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at this beautiful hotel in Santorini exceeded all expectations. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely woman named Yiota, who greeted us with a bright smile and a genuinely kind heart. She gave us a full tour of the property, shared helpful information about the island, and patiently answered all of our questions. Yiota made sure every request was met with grace and attentiveness – her hospitality truly set the tone for our entire visit. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Everything smelled fresh and inviting. We had a private balcony with a breathtaking view, and the hotel’s pool area overlooked the sea and nearby islands, creating a magical and peaceful atmosphere that we’ll never forget. One of the highlights of our stay was the daily breakfast, which was thoughtfully prepared based on our preferences and delivered at the time we chose – either to our room or to the poolside. The attention to detail and the quality of the food were exceptional. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful. To top it all off, we were given a few thoughtful gifts as souvenirs, which touched us deeply and made us feel truly appreciated as guests. This hotel is not just a place to stay – its a place to create lasting memories. The views, the service, and the genuine warmth of the people made this one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to return back!

The main thing that stands out with this suite is the view! I couldn’t find a better view all around the island! Then what makes this even better is the staff, such a credit to this place, such lovely, kind and welcoming people ,thank you for an amazing stay and I’ll see you next year thank you!

Very intimate and peaceful ☺️ All was just perfect and was sad to leave the suite… will definitely recommend and come back there
