For rooms facing the street it was a little noisy with people talking just under the windows and tour guides with microphones (this should not be allowed tourists van wear head sets instead). Also there was a large group staying at the same time and honestly they were very noisy at breakfast and disrespectful to other guests. This is really a beautiful hotel but having such a large and noisy group changed the atmosphere.

Possibly my all-time favorite hotel breakfast for the amazing salmon bagel and jamon iberico-tomato-bread combos + all the coffee you want, on your own schedule, in a beautiful roof-top setting. Great location to all the main history/art museums and easy walk to the boardwalk along the sea. Great value for money where they're putting effort into the things we care about that *feel* like luxury (food quality, cute design, ease of use) and not ostentatious displays that aren't important. Huge fans!

We had a wonderful week staying at the hotel. Perfect location in the old town right next to the cathedral. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a splendid roof terrace with a well stocked honesty bar.Bed and room were really comfortable. Breakfast was delighted. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Excellent location for restaurants and shopping though set in a very quiet quaint street in the historical old town. Cleaning of room and quality of breakfast on offer was of a very high standard. All staff were a pleasure to engage with and when we experienced a couple of minor issues during our stay the staff went above and beyond to rectify. 10/10+++

I didn’t love having to pick a breakfast time in advance but I understand with the small hotel and staff. I would have liked coffee to be available earlier.

Everything was great! Not only the staff at the reception are very welcoming and helpfull but location, roof terrace and interrior design are also worth the visit!

Facilities for making hot drinks during the day were very limited. There was a coffee machine, but no way to make tea.

The location was excellent. The roof garden was comfortable with various types of seating, a plunge pool and an honesty bar. The waiter service breakfast was very good.

Reception on arrival. We rang the doorbell and waited for over 5 mins for the lady from reception to open the door
