How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Rooftop terrace needed more umbrellas or shading. Beds were a little too hard.
Nice and large apartment for 2 couples. Had everything we needed. Location was good with market and taverns near by.

The induction cooker was difficult to operate, and clear instructions would have been helpful.
The property was spacious, well-kept, and in great condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the neighborhood. The host even helped us to book a taxi to the airport

Cozy atmosphere and great location.
Amazing location. Not only super clean but has optimal layout for one room. You do not feel cramped due to smart design. Would love to come back. Super easy access and check in process. Simply the best.

Need a few more kitchen basics, oven tray so you can use the oven, cutting board. Not a complaint just feedback

Not that we minded but the bed is quite firm.
This is in a great location. Nice and quiet but plenty of eating options nearby. Great coffee & bakery just around the corner. It is close to the Metro but it is an easy half hour walk from Park Guell, Sagrada Familgia & the old town. The staff were very helpful & sorted out a water problem very quickly for us.

Finding the property initially was a challenge.
The location in the neighbourhood of Gracia was perfect for us. Far enough away from the busy tourist hot spots but within walking distance to many attractions or the metro. The apartment was modern and spacious with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment it's location or staff. The only thing I would say is the apartment on ground floor would not be the best as you would continually hear the front door opening and closing and guest arriving. We enjoyed 3rd floor.
Jardine de Gracia is in a lovely, quiet, very safe neighborhood. It is only 5 minutes walk to the metro station 'Fontana' and therefore very easy to get all over the city. We enjoyed being in this quiet area away from the very intense and crowded areas like the gothic quarter and Las ramblas. There is a supermarket, vegetable shop, and bakery all one minute walk from the door. Two plazas ( del Sol/ revolucion)are nearby which are lovely to go to and experience outdoor eating in the evening. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. we loved coming back there after a day sightseeing.

Street noise was a little disruptive on our first night, not due to any fault from the host, but something for light sleepers to consider.
Central location, helpful responsive hosts, clean and comfortable amenities. We had some difficulty using the clothes dryer. Our host was very helpful in explaining that the dryer doesn’t fully dry our clothes, and promptly brought a clothes rack up to our room for us to hang out our clothes.

the washer/dryer combo was awesome for washing clothes, but I am not so sure if the dryer part of it is fully working or i'm simply used to a different dryer and drying times back home
Eze was incredibly helpful a full week ahead of our arrival, answering many logistical questions for us. The place was beautifully designed, minmalistic and well-equiped for our family. It is centrally located in Gracia, with easy access to trains and buses nearby. Excellent stay, highly recommended for families!

It was a bit dark on the ground floor and the double bed was a little hard but that is personal
New apartment in a great location! It was comfortable to host a family of 4 with two young adults because it is spacious and has 2 bathrooms. Friendly staff, we could check in early upon arrival and stay longer as nobody was coming on our leaving day which was perfect. Quiet street so no noise from outside.

Towels were a bit small and old, but not a big deal.
We enjoyed our stay. Customer service was excellent, we appreciated the bottle of wine, cot set up and help with our luggage and taxi. Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location isn’t walkable to central part of Barcelona, but it was great for what we needed - relaxed nights away from noise and busy crowds, short drive to the Park Guel and La Grada Família, supermarket next door, lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Would definitely recommend for families.

We liked everything.
The location is great, easy to commute and move around the city from there. The area is beautiful and has many hidden gems to explore and enjoy. The terrace on the roof of the accommodation is a big plus, very nice chill out area. The staff is super welcoming and very friendly and helpful. That made huge plus to our trip being so amazing.

Locals didnt like tourists staying here. Some of us had a bad rash after staying here. Hopefully it was the laundry detergent..

Only minus was I found bed hard but that’s a personal preference
Beautiful , air con , all essentials plus bathroom slippers , Netflix, wine,water, tea and coffee .lovely roof top terrace. No noise at nighttime . Very good communication and pleasant reception hosts Loved the neighbourhood , holistic feel to it . Little boutiques , fruit mongers , cafes etc !
