The taxi phone numbers given by staff did not work and were unresponsive, and staff was unable to assist with transportation on day of checkout. We injured our knees a few times getting in the shower, which was really painful. Also kept hitting my arm against the board that is on the left side of the single bed. There was a protest on 10/4 that began right in front of the apartment and we had no notice of it. The streets were closed and we lost a tour, money and plans as we did not know about it.

We really appreciated staying in the comfortable, apartment for us 3 who were staying. Each person had comfort and space. It had everything we needed, although 3 coffee pods was not enough for a 10 day stay. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the washer/dryer and good hairdryer. The location is definitely great, with everything or public transport being walking distance. The price is on the higher side, but we were comfortable. Keep in mind if you need to store your luggage somewhere, it is a 20 minute ride away at their office. Also, if you need to reserve a taxi for transportation, it needs to be done 48 hours in advance. We did not know this and it got stressful and complicated as we had much luggage.

we needed to store luggage on check out day as we had a 9am tour,the luggage storage is off site, where you do check in and does not open till 10, something to think about. Other than the luggage hours and being off site, the stay was absolutely perfect. Beautiful, comfortable and close to everything

Small container of salt and pepper provided would be very helpful because it was challenging to find at the nearby markets. All they had was large bottles or boxes and we were only going to be there a few days. Having step by step instructions for how to properly utilize the washer would have been helpful. Seemed like 1 load took all day.

Location, service, facilities, everything. I was in a long trip and I stayed in almost 10 places and this was definitely the best. It really makes the difference when you arrive to a place and there is a kit for the bathroom with soap, shampoo, etc. kit for the kitchen with salt, pepper, oil, etc. For laundry with a dishwasher pod, laundry pod, etc. The attention to detail made my stay much better, and also the fact that I was able to left my bags stored in their office the day that I was leaving was game changer. Thank you so much for everything, I really enjoyed my stay and if I ever go back to Barcelona would totally go back to this place.

During our visit in July, we experienced high temperatures and humidity. The centralized air conditioning system in the apartment presented a challenge, as its direction couldn't be adjusted, causing discomfort in the bedrooms where the vents were positioned above our heads. Unfortunately, turning off the air conditioning wasn't a viable solution, as it became excessively hot. Consequently, several members of our group caught a cold during our stay.

This accommodation offers ample space for a family of four with a full kitchen, which also includes the convenience of a washing machine and dryer. This is particularly advantageous, as towels are not changed during the stay, allowing guests to launder them, along with any other items, thereby reducing the need to pack excessive clothing. Besides a king-size bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed bedroom, the living room sofa can be converted into a bed, although bedsheets are not provided for its use. The metro and bus stations are conveniently located nearby, and the neighbourhood is quite pleasant and upscale, featuring numerous high-end stores, restaurants, and several markets within easy reach.

The only thing that was that the door between the rooms was a sliding door so it worked for us as a family but it didn't provide tons of privacy.

The room was great, but the location was the best thing to me. The location felt safe and upscale (with a really fancy hotel a few doors down). We could walk around at night no problem. There are so many loud and crowded touristy places that don't feel safe and this was just the opposite. It was nice to have two bedrooms and a kitchen with lots of space to snack and play cards at night. The ability to leave our luggage at a central spot while we walked around on the last day was also a big plus. I can't say enough good things about our stay!

The only reservation was on our last day a family also staying in the building got stuck in the elevator. We came upon them yelling for help and grabbed a police officer who happened to be on the sidewalk to assist us. Turns out the family had called the Sweett management from the elevator and a technician came and got them out in a fairly timely way. Needless to say we did not use the elevator after that. No USB charging station, so be sure to bring converter for your charger (or, purchase at local supermercat as we did).

Great location, just a block from the Diagonal Metro station. Away from the tourist fray, but easily accessible to all sites. Clean, newly updated ikea-feeling apartment with long windows in the living room overlooking trees and fountain (though currently that square is under some construction). Very minimal street noise (and bedrooms are away from street). Location made us feel like locals. Washer/dryer was a nice convenience. My teenagers said the bunk beds were comfy (though the ladder to top bunk was a little spare). Great shower. Key codes worked completely smoothly. There's a bakery/lunch place just at the end of the street where we picked up croissants for breakfast. Bedrooms have complete black out blinds. One apartment per floor, it seemed, all managed by Sweett.

The apartments are quite impressive and very comfortable. The furniture is you a lovely beds well with the kitchen to stay for family for a couple weeks. Excellent location almost in the middle of the town near to the old historical places supermarket and all famous shopping Center as well, we was very happy to have vacation in this apartment. We stayed for two nights as a couple with our toddler and had a great experience. The building is beautiful and well-kept, and the location is perfect—very central but also extremely quiet, thanks to excellent soundproof windows. The apartment was modern, very clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!.

Everything was just perfect. The location is very good. Close to the metro station, restaurants, cafes and shops and within walking distance to the main attractions in Barcelona. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay - refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, towels, slippers, etc. The small compliments (coffee, tea, etc.) also made a very good impression on us. Last but not least, communication with the team was very easy and they responded quickly to all our inquiries. They offred us a free storage of our luggage during the last day of our visit. Excellent value for money and we would definitely stay there again.
