The lifts took so long. We were on a ground floor thank god. But only 3 lifts for all them floors.

The garden suite was spacious, and has everything you need. Cleaners were lovely and everywhere kept really clean

Guests reserving sunbeds so early difficult to find to 4 people .

Firstly I had studio that wasn't good very dark climatisaton wasn't working properly next day I asked one receptionist to change it fir me I explained the condition they apologise to me and find me better studio same floor better light was fantastic this is second time I stayed in this hotel overall very good even though the numbers of guests too high but they are running the place very smoothly. Excellent breakfast.

Apartment was very small and dated but fine. 4 adults in a one bedroom apartment, not much room. Very expensive for just self catering. No sound proofing

It is a very large and very crowded hotel. I didn't like that the pool opened at nine o'clock in the morning, and closed at eight in the evening. Activities for children were too hard to find and not well organized.

The location is perfect. Near the beach. A very good and useful thing for parents, that they organized children's movies, in the evening, you could leave the child at the movies and we had an hour and a half for us, the parents 😁.

The hotel tired and needs refurbishing. The entertainment is repetitive. We stayed here in February and now for 3 weeks. The entertainment is the same. They need a 2 week programme rather than 1 week. In the busy months the swimming pools are too small to accommodate the number of guests. You do not have enough room to do anything.

The hotel is cleaned on a daily basis. The location is convenient. The views are nice if you have the room over looking the pool and sea. The bar is open until late.

Excellent stay, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hotle had lots of facilities, particularly loved the free entertainment for the kids, which included daily kids club activities, pool games and evening entertainment.

The cue and the mess around the sunbeds ! The gate to the pool opens at 9am l and you have people queuing from 730am !! To get beds by the pool. The hotel needs to allocate beds to each room on a daily basis using the numbers on the umbrellas ! This way no one would argue or run like manics when the gate opens ! We didn't use the pool due to.this reason! Very disappointed 😞

Swimming pool was way too packed area around pool way over crowded, had to queue up from 8am for pool to open so that you get beds for a family,, and not stuck at the back in the shade,,

It was peak season when we were there and the pool area though very large and well maintained was packed every day with no beds available after 9am. Towels out early every morning and I just can't be doing that crap. We went to the beach instead. I do understand that it is really hard for the hotel to control this in fairness.

Really nice hotel very friendly & helpful staff throughout the complex. Spotless rooms with a beautiful view. Also the balcony is really private which we loved. We had a B&B package and very happy with the standard and range of food. Also we Loved Salitos beach bar

The pool area had too many sun loungers which meant they were squashed together. The lifts were always busy so we had to take the stairs to the 13th floor alot which was fine for my family but not ideal for families with smaller children.

Staff were friendly and helpful.Rooms were very clean and contained all items needed. Location was great with easy access to the beach and a good supermarket across the road.

The pools very crowded ,they could do with another pool at the site. No air-conditioning in the lifts

Really liked all aspects of the property, supermarket,restaurants and gift shop on site very handy,apartments are air-conditioned,staff very helpful and friendly,taxis always available at the front door and very reasonably priced. Location great and the local marina well worth a visit too
