Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Access to the amazing hotel (Gaudy design) next door included which had a roof top bar and small pool on the roof. Staff were very helpful and friendly and everything ran incredibly smoothly. The apartment belongs to Casa Fuster, so the facilities of the hotel come with the apartment. The apartment gets cleaned every day and the staff was attentive to every request.

LatviaIt was very very cold in the apartment when we arrived around 16-17 degrees, all the windows where opened in all rooms, so in February it was too cold! It took 1 day to get warmer temperatures in the room! Even the design is nice, it looks like they need some refreshing on the walls, doors, it was a bit worn out! The sound isolation is almost non existent! I could hear our neighbors talking like they where sitting in our room! The bedrooms are very dark, even with the light switches on it felt like its evening all day long!
The location is just the best! Everything is near, shops, cafes, Gaudi museums, all walking distance! The staff was extremely polite, helpful! Cleaning girls - super nice! Apartment was cleaned daily, perfect! Clean! Very beautiful design! Coffee, tea, water - complimentary from the hotel, it was very nice! Beds where comfortable! So no complaints about it! And it wasn’t too hard, as some of the comments mentioned! For us, the beds where super comfortable! Can not say nothing about sofa bed, as we didnt use it!

My stay was absolutely incredible, and I cannot recommend this apartment enough! The location was perfect—surrounded by gorgeous streets, high-end shopping, a variety of fantastic restaurants. Everything we needed, from bakeries to grocery stores, was right at our fingertips. The hotel services from Casa Fuster were an added luxury, making our experience even more seamless. The apartment itself was stunning—comfortable beds, a waterfall shower, a fully equipped kitchen, plush robes, and an incredible scent that lingered throughout the hotel, adding to the experience. Our two-bedroom apartment with a spacious living area and a sofa bed was beautifully decorated, and the breathtaking view of Sagrada Família from our living room was an unexpected bonus. We also had access to all the amenities including the spa and the gorgeous rooftop patio at Casa Fuster, which we didn't have chance to use. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff at Casa Fuster. Their service was beyond impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Every interaction was a pleasure, and they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Their dedication and kindness set a new standard for hospitality. A big thank you to the staff for making our stay extra special. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a great stay in Barcelona. I can't wait to book again.
