Loved the room with an extra big bed. Very friendly people working in the hotel and loved having the beach nearby! Definitely planning on staying in this hotel again during our next vacation.

There was nothing furniture to our clothes in the hotel room, and for breakfast was nothing vegetables only a very bad, water taste tomatoes…

The bar didn’t feel connected to the premises and the service was not just poor but very slow.There is also no bar or any other type of service at the pool and terrace

The wifi NEVER worked. We had to buy extra GB in our phones to be able to be connected. Hotel should pay this to us. The lights in the gym were not working either.

The stuff and the breakfast were great. We had dinner one day too but this was not at the same level.

The cooling in the room just like another room and a trip Thursday, is not functioning well.

The receptionist was excellent in Service.

That so called my credit was not working and I paid with another card. But my card did work. After that even lowered service by asking me to hunt the company to get my money back. A double NO service.

The swimming pool is not big enough for a proper swim. I realised afterwards I had booked the wrong hotel. This was my error and not the hotels fault. Breakfast was busy at one point there was only one member of staff doing everything. She was very organised but really need someone else there. The coffee was not nice at all. We decided to have breakfast here for the convenience but if I stayed again I wouldn't.

We was put in a room adapted for a disabled person , which is great that they cater for the disabeled , but básin mirror was too low, had to go out to the mirror in the passage way. No shower hook above head height. Tv was at an angle from bed but the bracket on the tv was not adjustable.

There was no kettle in the room!

Excellent service, the staff was so nice and helpful. They give you very lovely towels for the beach. The breakfast buffet was good and they accommodate my request of vegan option for milk.

I liked everything, but the picture of the swiming pool that booking presents is very misleading. In the picture it looks huge, but is is really really small. Also i was offered and upgrading to have a view to the sea, but the message did not specify that this was on the first floor and therefore not with the nice terraces that, again, you see in the picture, but ranger with a Windows you cannot open because people are passing by. So hotel great but booking information misleading.

Water from the shower not draning properly, spreading not only onto the entire bathroom floor, but also into the hallway at the entrance. They asked us to pay an extra 20€ just because we arrived 2 hours before checkin time, even though they already had rooms ready.

Good location, at the beach. Nice place on the roof for sunbathing, with a small pool. The restaurant seemed to be good, even though we did not eat there. Its was packed in the morning for breakfast.

Only hotel that have a supplement for having 2 in a room, normally it’s a single person that gets that charge, very disappointed
