Comfortable clean and spacious with good facilities. Convenient location close to the Sagrada Familia and train station. Nice view of the church from the balcony. The common washing and drying machine was really useful for our stay.

The pool is not heated

Location was superb - we got a room with a view of Sagrada Familia! Laundry facilities were great and free.

The shower water pressure was weak. There is no direct garbage collection, so we have to carry the trash to the street collection point.

There was not anything we did not like about the property. We were disappointed in the lack of a pool, as it was more of a soaking tub for your feet. That could be clarified on the website but otherwise the apartment itself was perfect.

The bed was a bit stiff for our liking. We had difficulty figuring out some of the European appliances.

Our room had a view of Sagrado Familia right on our balcony. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I came to the clinic with my daughter, and the location was very convenient for us, it was relatively quick to our appointments by taxi . A very important aspect was seeing the Sagrada Familia, just steps away from the hotel. The apartment was clean, and the hotel staff were very kind and happy to help whenever needed. Thank you to the lovely ladies at the reception for their care.

Pool is more of bathtub and for the drinking ‘action’ and beach it was a little far out, we spent a lot of time in taxi’s but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s just where we wanted to be.

Good size with good facilities, everything you would need for a stay. Location was good for tourists, lots of supermarkets with in 30 second walks, takeaways within 1 minute walk. Loved keyless entry on phones for every group member - wish every hotel did this !

it's really expensive. but considering the location in Barcelona city..., the parking lot is a little bit small, and you need a good driving skill.

If you are driving, you can ask reception to give you a remote controller as the key for the gate of the underground parking lot. The location is pretty much near to the famous Sagrada Família, and surrounded by several super markets like Mercadona, very easy to purchase foods. The reception girl is very helpful and beautiful.

There is no swimming pool:))) is just a dirty tiny place to get probably inside up to your knee. As most of the properties in general lying this is described like a swimming pool and the wide photos helps a lot but if you do look very very close somewhere appears 0.7m, cute scam:)) About cleaning they only come once per week if you stay 7 days so paying this amount you probably expect daily cleaning or something like this but NO. And when they come for cleaning you have to pack almost all your items because they don’t touch them:)) nice idea of cleaning, i wonder where it came from cause travelling dozens of time I really saw this here. I understand its very easyyyy in this way but COME ON!!

The space is really nice, everything looks almost new and is very well equipped.

The shower could be more powerful but that was the only minor suggestion.

We loved our duplex apartment. We loved the keyless entry, the gym, the laundry facilities, the apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked with cleaning materials, dishes, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The sofa bed was much better than we’ve experienced previously.

2 of the bedrooms were very small, with little space to put luggage.

It was easy to access, there was an on site concierge person, the view of the basilica was amazing and the common areas were vey nice. It had a great patio, full kitchen with a washer and comfortable living room. We had 3 couples and it worked out well for us.

The pool was a little murky

Absolutely as described. The 2 bedroom we rented had a view of the Sagrada Familia. The apartment was clean and perfect for a me and my 2 teenage daughters. Easy access to subway. Rooftop was great. Laundry on site was amazing. Would recommend
