Excellent apartment. The location is convenient, in a pleasant neighborhood—about an 8-minute walk to the metro. It was very quiet; the building is peaceful, and the windows are soundproof. I’m very sensitive to noise, and I slept wonderfully. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The beds are excellent—large and with comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped and made it easy for me to cook. There’s a good-sized refrigerator, as well as a microwave and stovetop—everything is very convenient and practical. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. The shower is pleasant, with hot water and strong water pressure—even when two people shower at the same time. The living room has a TV, and there’s a small, charming balcony. When we requested extra soap, shampoo, and garbage bags, they were provided immediately. In short—highly recommended!

Was a little nervous of the windows to hang clothing. Be mindful the twin room has a window that can be easily opened while standing in the bed and you are three stories high

Location was excellent. Beautiful views and nice neighborhood feel. Comfortable, clean, initial amenities are provided (toiletries, garbage bags, paper towels)

Good location and really helpful hosts. Very clean and provided almost everything we needed. Shops nearby as well as bars. Booked two apartments and they were adjacent to each other which was really useful.

No issues. (Payment is direct to company so appeared on booking.com account as if not going through- all was ok though. Passport copies needed in advance- due to Spanish law, to reassure)

Great location- easy for metro stops and therefore getting everywhere, Sagrada Familia close (? 10-15 mins walk with kids), mini supermarket across the road (great one for younger kids with mini trolley and tiny soft play), small playground close by. Excellent and prompt communication throughout.

Beds weren’t very comfortable - add foam mattress toppers. Add a nespresso machine with pods. Add more towels and washcloths, and liquid hand soap, and conditioner

In the appartment there was no basic ingredients to cook (salt, oil, vinegar ...), 2 bathrooms but no locks (when you have teenager daughters it can become problematic,-)), strange closet (shelves on 2m height, no good space to leave your clothes), narrow spaces beside beds ... But location of the appart. is great and it's overpass the small minuses.

Good location, spacy appartment, kind and simple check-in, help from host, good connection with metro (L2 Encants station 5 min walk, L1 Clot station 7 min walk), good connection with buses (V23 bus 1 min walk direct line to beach, bus to Park Guell), Sagrada 7 min walk from app, 3 groccery stores 3 min walk. Nice bars near by. And we survived 1 day total black out of electricity and no net and phone signal.,-))

The check in time was 3:30. We came at around 3:30 and the room wasn’t ready. We had told them in advance we were coming and they still didn’t give us the room and told us to wait. The solution was we could wait outside while they finish cleaning, which was quite inconvenient. In addition there was no electric kettle, or dishwashing tablets. However, during the rest of the trip, service was quite responsive and quick to any queries we had and the rest of the stay was pretty good.

A bit of a hike to the office where we left our luggage for the day.

Clean spacious modern but with charm of exposed brick wall. 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms perfect for our group. Balcony over quiet street. Walk to Sagrada Familia. Ethnic restaurants nearby.

The washing machine was very slow and there was no dryer. It was cold outside, we had a hard time drying.

We rented 2 apartments for a group of 9 and it was very conveniently located near Sagrada Familia and Metro stops. Apartment had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with enough space for everybody to split out. The lower unit had a court yard which was enjoyable to get some fresh air.

It would be nice to have some more kitchen cleaning products/material, we wanted to keep the place tight and clean, but not a really bad problem.

It was a really well localized place with excellent facilities, the rooms and bed were comfortable and everything was top notch and clean. Overall a great experience and good communication with the team.

A bit dark appartment, cold floor. Also small thing, but would be so nice if there would be some little salt or pepper - in the kitchen there is nothings, so if you are planning to cook, think about everything.

2 bathrooms was great for our family of 5! Spacious kitchen, terrace, great location, lots of utensils in kitchen.

Only downside were the pillows that could have been a bit thicker!

It was very easy access and well located close to the Sagrada Familia and within walking distance of key places to visit. It was spacious and clean and had all that was needed.

The property is in a fantastic location close to Sagrada Familia and two metro lines. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and dealt with issues promptly. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and matched the description.

We liked everything. The 3 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and a little balcony to enjoy the sun in the morning, the location in a residential area with plenty local eateries and super markets within walking distance and the very professional service. It will be our place if we come back.

Really responsive staff. Location was great and near transport links so really easy to travel around. Air conditioning was great as really hot.

Not much room for storage, nor night stands on main bedroom.

Good location close to bars, restaurants and public transportation. Safe to walk at any time of the day/night. It was very hot in Barcelona. AC worked really well and kept us confortable while at the apartment.

You can hear the banging and people moving around in the other apartments so if you have a young family it could be disruptive. The shower head needs fixed as keeps falling down. A lack of a coffee machine.

Clean and tidy. Plenty of space. Good size bedrooms. Nicely positioned between 3 metro stations and a 10 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia.

I can’t say anything bad about this property.

This property had a great location, close to restaurant, shopping. Bus to the beach around the corner. It was nice kitchen with everything you needed. Perfect for a family if you want to save some money and do some cooking at home. Big bedrooms with closets and convenient plugs for charging your equipment. Two bathrooms with showers was great. Property was nice and clean.

The main bed was very firm and needs more pillows. Other beds were good.

Nice place, good location with stores, bakery and restaurants near by. Had metal shutters to block out light and cute small balcony and patio out back.

The payment procedure wasn't as secure as other properties I've stayed in and I would have preferred it was handled through Booking.com. But everything worked, they are a legit company and provide an excellent service.

Great location and newly refurbished apartment with a lovely balcony. Good communication via WhatsApp and Booking.com
