Lovely staff, they made our stay. Rooms and outside facilities all very clean The food wasn’t great, lots of fried, fairly tasteless dishes that could have done with seasoning and the cocktails were out of a machine and sickly sweet! Would have been good to have ice creams/ lollies for kids by pool.

Spotless room, great location staff were so friendly and attentive, it's unusual to see this nowadays really. Hotel had a lovely vibe, generous drinks also.

Many sunbeds around the swimming pools are in the shade, so in the morning there is a rush among the customers to find a place in the sun and occupy the senbeds with towels.... This is the only unpleasant thing about staying in your fantastic hotel!

Absolutely nothing

This is a well maintained hotel. It has a beautiful setting, great staff, loads of food choices each day. It is run by an excellent professional team that say hello and look after their guest. Plenty of entertainment shows and loads of seating areas. Attention to detail is amazing. Rather than saving money for the RIU group they ensure you always have a drink to hand and a person to help you. It was our first trip and would go back there

I only stayed 1 night, so being given what must be one of the worst rooms in the hotel (above the restaurant) didn’t bother me so much, but it should be cheaper.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Gave me early check in which was fab. Plenty of sun beds Good experience In the a la carte restaurant and at breakfast.

We liked everything and will come back if we are in the area again

We absolutely loved our stay and honestly can’t understand some of the negative reviews here. It feels like some people just enjoy finding things to complain about—I can’t imagine they’d be happy anywhere! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the food was fantastic for an all-inclusive at this price. Sure, you could probably find better if you looked hard enough, but at this value, we were more than satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially if you make the effort to speak a little Spanish—it really goes a long way! The location was amazing, just a short walk to the sea, and the pool area was lovely. The nights were quiet and peaceful, which made it so easy to relax and unwind. Now, if I really wanted to find something to nitpick, I could mention that I wished for more power outlets in the room :-). With four tablets and two phones to charge, it was a bit of a juggling act. What we loved most was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff—they truly made our stay memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Everything was perfect. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable with wide bathroom. The food was very diverse and tasty. The swimming pools were very clean and water was warm. But the surprise for me was that we received a bottle of Champagne for the birthday of my wife. We haven't ordered it because it was too early but the Hotel has my admiration about being thoughtfull and for showing Class. I will recommend the place to my friends and I personaly like to be their gest again.

Smoking allowed in all areas. Some smoke free tables in bar but right next to smoking tables. Entertainment very limited

Room in side annexe spacious and comfortable. Food in buffet excellent with lots of choice. No problem getting a sun lounger in the morning.

The time tables are not the usual for Spanish people I wish they can open the swimming pool later on and the buffet as well, we will love to have dinner around 22:30

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful all the time. It was my parent’s 50 anniversary and my dad’s birthday and the hotel marked these special occasions with gifts. Very comfortable/clean hotel. Food was delicious with loads of variety and plenty of drink choices too.
