The majority of the property needed renovation, looked very tired. But that was also some of its charm.

The hotel was clean and very quiet, the room was also very cool which was nice.

The gentleman who cleans the pool area favoured a lot of german tourists and was most unpleasant. He told us towels cannot go down till 10.30,and gave the signal for his german friends they could place theirs down,after removing ours. Main reason as they were a group of around 16 n we happened to put our towels on a lounger that was at their desired spot everyday. But as for the rest of staff,all good.

When trying to stay in room for the extra hours and happy to pay was told to ask on morning of departure to be told no after staff member looked at booking sheet, I could of been told days before when original asked had to wait for a while for keys on two occasions

Only old people are staying there (70+), the cleaning lady wouldn’t come after we said once that we didn’t need cleaning on that day specifically xD, there was a drunk guy screaming at his wife late in the night.

It’s well located, but too many swing and strip clubs around, we didn’t know that. It’s close to the dunes and have nice bus stops.

Not the easiest to communicate with staff. Was in great location but no atmosphere in hotel.

Had superior room which was lovely. Staff were able to accommodate request for a lower apartment as they did not like heights. Fantastic location good walking distance to most things.

The apartment we had was one of the older rooms and the beds were extremely hard so we did not have a great nights sleep. Hopefully the renovated rooms have better mattresses.

The location was great, staff were friendly and the outside renovation is lovely.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The location was excellent, not far from Yumbo Centre. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of food. The room was large with a sitting room and balcony. The room was much better and bigger than expected.

shower kept flooding the bathroom, there was noway to keep the shower head in place that worked, no lip on edge of shower tray so water ran straight off and onto bathroom floor

There is a bit of a problem with insufficiently clean plates for breakfast and dinner.

I was in the hotel for the 4th time. I am satisfied with what it offers, it has a good location, spacious apartments, air conditioning, I don't use the pool, but it seems to be great and popular. Last year the kitchen was a little bit better and breakfast and dinner outside under the palm trees were great. Now again served only in interiors and different menu, but I liked it and they have a good espresso coffee machine.

Air conditioning wasn't working in the first room despite maintenance coming round. After the second complaint, no-one came and I was melting 45 mins later. THEN I was told that it was the entire block not just my room. Long story short: second room had working aircon, was less shabby, better bed and was quieter. No idea why they didn't allocate me that room in the first place. They said booking.com had not passed on any request for a quiet room. In general the hotel has seen better days and badly needs a refurb. The coffeemaker was covered in dust as were a couple of other things. Cleanliness clearly not a priority.

The room I ended up with had a very comfortable bed. It was the cheapest in the area for the night I booked.

Very dated, the shower was terrible, seemed to be put up wrong and the water went everywhere, but got there in the end!

Location was great, was a good price for a saturday night, loved the balcony and it was quiet.

Shower temperature kept changing whilst trying to shower. One morning we where woken by loud hammering and drills. Would have been nice if they had told us work was being done during our stay.. double beds would be much better than single ones..

It's within walking distance to the Yumbo and beach..
