Everything about this stay was amazing. Location is 2nd to none. Apartment is lovely balcony catches morning sun overlooking courtyard and gardens. We sat out for breakfast in December. Hosts were superb. Property has a concierge. Beds were comfortable, cotton bedding, lots of towels. I would not stay anywhere else. a true gem. 5*

This was an absolutely fabulous apartment. Great location close to public transport with a small supermarket just over the road. Very spacious as it appears in the photos. We were met at the property by the cleaner and she showed us around the apartment. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay there again.

Place was very clean, very very excelent location. Would recommend this place and would stay here again. Few steps away from La Pedrera and luxury shopping. Hop on hop off bus stops around the corner. Taxi line around the corner. Small 24 hr market across the street. Washer and dryer.

- The locks on the toilets didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal since we knew someone was using them if the doors were shut. - The air conditioning was centralised, so you couldn't control the temperature room by room. However, all these were minor issues and didn't really affect our comfortable and great stay.

- The location was absolutely perfect, just a delightful 15 to 20 minute stroll to all the must-see sights, fabulous shops, vibrant bars, and delicious restaurants. The area was simply amazing! - The apartment totally exceeded my expectations. It looked stunning, and let me tell you, the pictures don't do the balcony justice. It was huge, and I loved every inch of it! This was worth the price. - The rooms were wonderfully spacious, especially the bedroom, which was simply incredible. Plus, having two toilets and showers was a fantastic bonus. Also having lots of pillows and towels were good to have. - The front room was airy and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It was like a home away from home. I couldn't have dreamed of a better place to stay. - The owner/host Mario was always reachable via Whatsapp and was super helpful and understanding, making the whole experience even better. - We picked up the keys from the cleaning lady, who welcomed us with big smiles and amazing energy. She set the perfect tone for our stay!

Probably the only improvement needed is just a bit of information on how to reach the place from the airport. In my case, I’ve to figure out myself and I used train to reach Passeig De Gracia station and then only needed to walk to arrive at the apartment. The family ticket for my family of 5 cost only about 10 euro for all which a lot cheaper than a taxi. Of course you can also use a taxi which may cost you around 20-30 euro from the airport.

It is very clean and nicely decorated. It has all the basic requirements for a family and the rooms are quite decent for a family of four. However the living room can be turned into bed as well which my son did and it is very comfortable too.
