Great Parador for a break on the camino ! The village of Cruz de Tejeda is small, only 2 accommodation options. It is welcoming for all pilgrins. It’s not cheap, but de rooms are good - very clean and spatious. Also the Spa service are great for a relaxing afternoon. 🎟️ Booking in advance is mandatory. You can stamp your credentials there. Probably the best hotel room view we have ever had! Another great Spanish Parador. Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is lovely and in a great location for exploring the area. We will be back.

It was a perfect night of disconnecting in the mountains. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the views breathtaking. I enjoyed having a coffee on the terrace with views over the mountains as well as the spa circuit. Everything was wonderful.

Views to die for. A very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. You genuinely do feel like you're a million miles from the hustle and bustle of the modern world.

I personally think it is too cocky to charge the hotel guests for using the spa, should absolutely be included like in other high end hotels on the island. If not then at least only charge your guest half price! The bar/cafeteria is much better than the restaurant with a more relaxed and quiet feel to it

The view is spectacular .. from the Spa and from the bar deck all day, it really comes to light at Sun set though. We had a great room (116) and the view there was just as great, the chairs at the balcony was great and so was the rest of the room

Hotel location is the deal breaker here. Stunning sunsets on dinner or from room terrace. Nice staff and very good dinner (incl. chocolate deserts) we had here.

The spa and the water circuit was fabulous, staff outstanding. We loved the views from our room and from the main dining room Location was excellent and we loved that we could hike directly from the property

I found the restaurant a bit too pretentious, considering the average quality of food and service.

This hotel is located in one of the most stunning spots I’ve ever stayed. Each room offers a breathtaking view of the valley with Mount Teide in the background, and the sunsets are simply unforgettable. The area is a dream for hikers, with many scenic trails starting nearby.

We like the hotel, mainly because of its location. The breakfast was good, although a bit overpriced. The food selection was quite decent, but the quality of ingredients varied. It's a pity that coffee, tea, and hot dishes have to be ordered separately. The buffet is only cold.

The location and the views were breathtaking! Loved the old Spanish charm of the decor, especially sitting by the fire in the beautifully decorated greatroom. The spa pools were a highlight!

The hotel and the location are amazing. We also did a Spa session and the outdoor infinity pool is an incredible experience and view. Hiking trails direct from the hotel are excellent and easily accessible. We had a great stay. The only (very minor) suggestion would be to have tea / coffee making facilities in the room. We had a great stay and will surely visit again. Nathan and Elisa
