I was a bit surprised though that we have to pay separately for the air conditioner for the apartment. Nonetheless, the air conditioner is very powerful.

The view from the building was fantastic and the cleanliness was excellent. The property has a lot of good amenities.

Loved the location, so near Matagourda Shopping Centre with great restaurants, gift shops, a supermarket which had everything you would need . The promenade was so scenic and just beautiful to go for a walk. The apartment and pool area exceptionally clean, staff very helpful check in process very smooth. Stayed in Nautilus 10 years ago, stayed in the busier area of Puerto del Carmen a couple of years later, but returned to Nautilus again this year....much prefer the area.

The Pool was very cold even though the temperature read approx 24 degrees (but the temp never changed day or nite so thermometer must be broken).

Good location, flat and well kept walk ways & apartments beside pool essential for person with disabilities. Safe friendly and apartments good size and comfortable. Quite location.

The apartment is supplied hot water through a small outdoor cylinder. Sadly the hot water can run out relatively quickly. Two of our group of four managed to shower in hot water but it had gone like warm after approx 10mins.

The complex is excellent, in a wonderful quiet area, albeit close to the airport, but you kind of get used to the occasional noise. The pool area is brilliant with the majority of apartments overlooking the space. The apartment/ rooms are nice and spacious, well laid out and the kitchen is really well equipped for cooking a d self catering. The reception staff are friendly and helpful so too are the cleaning staff.

The hotel is very quiet,very nicely decorated, the rooms have original paintings. We didn't try the restaurant as it situated very near a lot of places to eat. Very near the beach.

Booked for 3 persons, not enough sun beds but retrieved one from another apartment, also not enough blankets as was quite chilly at night time.

Very spacious apartment, nice and clean, small balcony but held the sun even when windy, good self catering apartment if needed.

The location is great. All staff are so lovely and helpful. Resort is spotless. Cleaning every day and just calm atmosphere. Rooms are spacious, well facilitated, and comfortable. With a wheelchair user so fantastic to accommodate adapted living.

Apartment had everything you needed, well equipped kitchen, plenty towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron and board, full size fridge freezer and small washing line. Beautiful reception with artwork around. Good priced breakfast. Really accessible for wheelchair users. Location great, short walk to the beach, lovely private terrace with own sun loungers and chairs. Nearby shops and restaurants. Gave us a big cake and bottle of Cava for birthday as a surprise
