The location was perfect—just a few steps from the metro station and surrounded by everything you might need: shops, cafés,etc.Nacho is incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help us with anything we need and made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly felt at home!

The safety, quietness and cleaniness of the apartment, Nacho was very helpful and a good host. Few minutes walk to metro and lots of supermarkets in the area. The balcony was very nice. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment is spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated in a modern style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It felt even better than in the photos. We really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out – being able to arrive earlier and leave later made our trip much easier. Nacho was a wonderful host – always available, responsive, and extremely helpful. He provided us with many recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore, and truly made us feel welcome. The location is also fantastic: the neighborhood is lively but safe, with a grocery store literally a minute away, and a metro station less than five minutes on foot, which made getting around the city very convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beatiful apartment, very nice. Clean and comfortable beds. Equipped kitchen with a forniture of coffe caps, salt, oil, sugar... It is present a machine washing very functionally. There is a terrace where it is possible make a breakfast or dinner...really confortable.

It was perfect for our family of three! The neighborhood was great. It was so nice to have a grocery store so close by as well as the metro. Natxo was so helpful in explaining how to take the metro, how everything worked in the apartment, even how to get tickets to sagrada familia and more! He told us about fabulous places to eat too.

Everything was perfect!

The apartment was such a great place to stay. Safe and quiet street. Very close a metro station, food shops and just opposite the apartment great Spanish restaurant. Our stay in Barcelona was truly special, thanks in large part to this apartment—and especially to our host, Nacho. He not only made us feel at home, but also provided all the information we needed to get around the city and use the metro with ease. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, spacious enough for our family, and very well located—close to the metro, restaurants, and everything we needed. Nacho went above and beyond, even coming to our rescue late at night when we accidentally locked ourselves out. His kindness and attentiveness made all the difference.

A great apartment with an excellent location. It's located close to bus stops and between two metro lines. In a short walk there are nice restaurants, grocery stores, fruits and vegetables grocery, a pastry shop and a pharmacy. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a peaceful stay. BUT!!! THE BIGGEST ADVANTAGE of this apartment is the host Nacho! An incredibly kind and helpful person. He met us right on time, showed us everything in the apartment. He had printed out maps of Barcelona and the city center with marked landmarks and how to get to them. He gave us valuable advice on buying public transport cards. Don't waste your time to organizing your stay in Barcelona - Nacho can tell you everything! One more time BIG THANK YOU, Nacho!

The property was really spacious and very well maintained with all the basic requirements. Our purpose was visiting an exhibition at Gran Via. Though the location is very well walkable to 2 Metro / Underground lines but still it would take you atleast 40 mins to reach Gran Via with 1 change of train. The property is located in a clean and safe neighbourhood with a few restaurants down the apartments. Our host Nacho was very helpful and responsive.

The apartment is really great. It is located in a building with a new elevator, very comfortable, pleasant and has everything you need to feel at home in terms of comfort. The living room has access to the terrace with a beautiful view, the kitchen is well equipped, there is also a coffee machine, coffe capsules and basic tableware needed for cooking (salt, oil, etc.). The bathroom is spacious with plenty of towels, and the bedrooms have comfortable beds and enough storage space for clothes and other things. The biggest impression is certainly the host, Mr. Nacho, who is extremely kind and was at our service from the beginning of the apartment reservation, which meant a lot to us. Also, since we arrived quite early in the morning, we were able to leave our luggage and we were allowed to enter the apartment earlier, before the check-in time. Mr. Nacho waited for us, and let us in, explained everything about apatman, gave recommendations for tours in Barcelona, ​​good restaurants, flamenco shows, etc.
