I had quite a long walk to my apartment from reception. The gym was poor, with no air con.

I just got reminded to review this after reviewing a recent 5 star I stayed at and this was up there with comfort and facilities - great room massive could easily fit a family of 4, and just pure value for money. I felt to safe here my ground floor room door was left open while I sunbathed around the pool and I used to nip in and out for the toilet etc.

Bed was massive but wish it had been a proper double not two singles together.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times when in GC and it's wonderful. Very peaceful and the view is amazing. Room is very spacious. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Jumbo Centre.

The air-conditioning in the apartment wasn't great and could do with being enhanced. Someone did come to look at it but more or less said it is what it is. The spa facilities in particular the pools are tired looking and could do with investment and longer opening hours. Seemed to have a confused feel about it. Small improvements could make a big difference here.

The location is very good for accessing the centre and the dunes/beach. The breakfast was of a good quality. The staff were helpful and did address any questions I had. They were very friendly and attentive which was excellent especially the staff in the outdoor areas.

Very clean and comfortable place for holidays, the building needs little renovation. The tiles in the toilet was broken, hairdryer s hook was broken and headlight on the bathroom mirror was broken, but they fixed it the next day. Definitely, I will go back there on my next trip.

Very efficient and easy check-in. Had been upgraded on arrival which I was very happy with. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Bed was really comfy. An excellent place to relax and unwind if you want a quiet place.

The weakest link, but still a strong one - is the quality of food. The breakfast buffet isn't bad at all, but not the best I've had. The gym equipment might need some updating soon. Some devices needed repair.

This hotel is packed with features: good breakfast, beautiful pool area, an amazing spa area with a huge jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath, a decent gym and a massage parlor. The view towards Meloneras is breathtaking.
