Great location in Eixample. Safe area with cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy and bottle shop nearby. Metro is close and short walk to Main Street with Gaudi buildings and high end shopping. Accomodation was clean, comfortable. Staff were really helpful and there was even a lift that helped with our luggage.

The only thing we had trouble with was using the dryer, we’re not used to this type and an instruction sheet would be helpful.

The location made walking everywhere so easy. They were able to store our bags until check in time and everyone was so welcoming.

Very spacious and elegant apartment with balconies on the bedrooms and an enclosed balcony on the living/dining room. Very well equipped with almost everything you need. Staff were delightful and communicated everything via text (spoke to them quite a lot but never met them!) Short walk to major localities and hop on bus. Plenty of shops and eateries around. Beautiful high ceilinged building and stunning architecture. Really really loved this place. Definitely recommend. The oven didn't work at first so I turned breaker on/off - fixed it. Water pressure is amazing so remember not to empty the hot water tank before everyone else has had a shower ;)

The two bedroom with the terrace was fabulous, especially the terrace. The pool is cute, not a place you’ll spend a lot of time but enough to make the kiddos happy. The host and staff were friendly and kind—and even bought a soccer ball for our little one. Very responsive any time we needed them. Highly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The location was perfect ,close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The price was very reasonable considering the comfort and cleanliness of the place. What truly made our stay special were the hosts, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and very accommodating host. There is plenty of amazing restaurants within 2 blocks, the area is super safe and walkable. The apartment building has an elevator which is great for big suitcases. Washing machine and drying rack is very convenient for longer stays. Our plane was delayed and the hosts were very understanding and accommodating.

The location is convenient to go anywhere and the place is superb. Emanuele was very kind by letting us checked in earlier. He even lent us an umbrella and dropped extra toilet rolls for us. Highly recommend to stay at his place!

Called the owners on arrival, staff met us at the property and we were allowed to leave our luggage there as we were early checking in. We were given keys so we could return later after check in time. Allowed us the day to explore the city centre. The apartment was very centrally located, cafes and small shops around the corner for breakfast. Only 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street and Casa Battlo. Totally recommend this apartment. We loved Barcelona and we walked everywhere as the weather was great.

Unfortunately the pool can't be used, the water temperature is around 14 degrees - it's really cold, especially in February. The owner does specify that it's not heated but, in order to avoid any frustration, I wouldn't mention the pool in the flat description, especially for the colder months. The soundproofing has also some margin for improvement

Great location! The apartment is in a very busy and nice area, with a lot to see and do within walking distance. It has rear views though, which makes it calm and quiet. The place was very clean, with sufficient space for a family of 5.

The apartment doesn't have the best sound proofing, the front door barely blocks noise and we also heard the upstairs neighbors often (footsteps, moving chairs / furniture, crying baby etc) This never interrupted our sleep or anything so it's more of a mild annoyance. I'm a light sleeper and it didn't bother my sleep so I don't think it's a big deal.

Excellent location, can't be beat. Close to one of Barcelonas main shopping streets and lots of attractions, while still quiet and safe. Apartment is big, comfortable and clean. It's also stocked with everything needed to eat in and do basic cooking etc. Emmanuel the host was super friendly and accommodating. He was easy to reach and responsive quickly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return
