Nice hotel and staff!

Parking, but it's a city center hotel, so.... of course.

We did not have breakfast. On the first day parking was perfection; a space right in front of the front door that I was able to occupy overnight. The next day, despite driving around for 15 + mins I had to park in the garage with a max daily rate of 17, so as long as you aren't parking during high season, this hotel couldn't be better in terms of what is offered. The room is huge and sparkling clean. The bathroom had all we needed. They added some needless extras like LED lights and a whole room speaker system. Its there if you want it... Of course, as everyone before me has said, the stay is truly defined by Juan Fernando. Who clearly defines his purpose as ensuring each of his guest has the best, most comfortable time informed by his extensive experience and wisdom and for him and his time and attention alone, it's worth every penny. He watched over my car while parked in front of the hotel to ensure it was safe and didn't receive any unwanted parking attendant attention (yellow spot restriction vs blue spot freedom). The price is right and the location is great and the service is second to none.

The room was not huge but was fine for one overnight stay prior to starting our cruise. Was a great location for this purpose.

Breakfast was in a cafe/restaurant very close to hotel and on the beachfront. We were given a voucher for breakfast and could spend up to €24 for the two of us which was more than adequate. I think the cafe was called Oliva. For and service were both excellent.

When I arrived, I found out I was upgraded to a better room, but at the same time moved from "inner courtyard view" to "street view" on the fourth floor. The sound isolation wasn't the best, so I could sometimes hear loud cars passing on the street even with closed windows. Sometimes I could also hear the neighbours. The room had bottled water but no tea making facilities.

The location is excellent: very close to the beach, restaurants, transport, parks and several tourist attractions. (At the same time, the hotel is located in a quiet side street with only shops that close early, so there isn't much traffic or partying outside and I felt safe walking at night.) The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It was also warm (I travelled in December) - there was a thick blanket available in the room and the aircon had "warm" mode. Hotel entrance is additionally secured with a code.

On the day of checkout we went beach then wanted to shower after but upon return discovered the shower room was used more as a storage room in the hotel. Minor thing really and would impact others.

The staff was very helpful, location was a bit away from the beach but easily walkable. Only 15 min walk from the las palmas de g.c bus station which was handy. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Very convenient hotel to explore the Las Canteras. Short drive or bus ride to the downtown of Las Palmas. We got free upgrade for a nice room. The hotel does not have parking, but you get reduction for the parking ca. 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

If you were to use a car I can see parking could be a problem.

A deceptive budget hotel, quirky decor in the large rooms, which were clean and comfortable. Hany for the shops and beach, very good for the money.

My room was a little bit dark and the desk was pretty small.

Good localisation, very close to the beach. Superfriendly and helpful staff. For example, I asked for a kettle and the managed it very quickly. My room (a "standard" one) had a terrasse, which was a nice surprise.

Unfortunately it was very loud if you open the window because of the neigbour apartment. Very loud conversations till midnight. Because of the location of the hotel, no direct sun comes to your room and you cannot let you washes to dry.

Perfect location, just between las Canteras and the Marine, and public bus stop to go to old town (linea 1). The reception is very polite and helpful all the time. Room was very clean, newly renovated and spacy.
