Great value for money considering it was a short stay. Accommodation is charming and equipped with all necessary amenities, close to everything and tucked in a very quiet area. Host was quick with queries and responded to our every need.

Property location is brilliant. Flat overall is good. Area is quite. For family of 6 it was good choice. Enough space and in evening could enjoy time on terras.

The lower level toilet was loud and it seemed humid down there but they did provide a dehumidifier, which was nice and helpful.

The location was great! Very near many tapas restaurants but not on the Main Street so it was quieter. Felt very safe! The property was nice and spacious and was as the photos showed.

Great apartment, the host is super available and kind and the house is perfect. Loved the terrace and the position is great to see all the most important attractions and go to the beach.

Wifi is down on the second day. We had to use the wifi of the next door apartment. But it was down again.

Location is great, major attractions are within walking distance. Very nice full-equipped kitchen and rooftop terrace. Staff are very helpful, provided the information on timely basis.

Nothing really, you can always add or change something about holidays stays but that would be picky, overall a great place.

Great location, Sergi our main contact was really helpful and helped us with everything we asked even over a weekend. Close to everything, well equipped place with comfortable beds and all necessary appliances. Local shops, cafe's and eateries were well priced with great food. One other point, the airconditioing in the apartment was execellent, I would go again for sure. One note, watch out for pick pockets and thieves, one of our party had their bag stolen, nothing to do with the accommondation or Sergi, unfortuanely its a Barca problem :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Casas Apartamentos Gracia! The apartment was clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Terrace was a big plus. The location in the Gracia neighborhood was perfect—lively yet peaceful, with plenty of charming cafes, local shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. It's also well connected to public transport by bus/metro, making it easy to explore all of Barcelona. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in the apartment's design and the thoughtful amenities provided.

No wifi details in property when we arrived but that was a very minor issue as host quickly messaged me with details when I asked for details . Stairs fine for us as we had teenagers with us but not suitable for small children or elderly people .

Great location, really well laid out apartment - was great as travelling as a family but grown up children. There was plenty of space to fit us all and have privacy but come together to explore the city. Really clean and easy to get to the metro / walk to sights and nearby rests Only suggestion is to provide cleaning products, it was spotless when arriving but no materials provided to maintain this when staying for the weekend. Even cleaning cloth / brush for sink/ dishes.

Some cleaning supplies such as dish soap, sponge or dishwasher pods would be useful to have in the kitchen especially if you are eating/drinking in days in a row. Also some cushions for the table chairs would be appreciated. It is a bit noisy at night, but that was not a big deal for our group.

The location is a good one, close to metro station, cafe bars and restaurants. The place is comfortable for a weekend trip. Would stay there again in the future.

Seems we did not read the description properly. The accommodation is a 3 storey lot which was a problem as our group of 5 had a 73 year old with a back problem and 2 in their 60s which made walking up and down the stairs a bit difficult. The narrow space made carrying luggage up and down difficult.

The host, Sergi, is very helpful. Addressed all our requests professionally and politely. The location is very good. Easy access to many sights, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Accommodation is clean and well maintained.

We loved the location of the property, walking distance from the city centre and many interest points in Barcelona, in a quiet residential area. We really appreciated the upper terrace at the end on the day. Recommend!

Excellent location. Gracia is a beautiful place to stay. Close to lovely bakeries, bars and restaurants. Close to subway. Sergei the host was very easy to contact & dealt with any issues I had promptly.

Only downside is Personally I think it’s not small kids friendly as the apartment is 3 levels and the stairs is bit dangerous for my 2 years old. Also the living room coffee table and dining table all have metal edge. My son hit his face on the first day of our stay and left a big bruise around his eye.

The property is close enough to walk to the central. And there’s a lot of equipment in the kitchen which I really like.

This place is actually like little house, 3 rooms on different floor. Super terrasse on the top floor. Street is super quiet, great connections, few great restaurant nearby. The house come with washing machine, iron table and kit to clean your dishes. Strongly recommend the place.

The property is located fairly close to city attractions as well as to supermarkets and bakeries. It was spacious for my family of 6, we were able to enjoy our time together in the city. Close to the metro as well.

Mattress in the bedroom which is in the basement was not very comfortable for 2 adults. Also, this bedroom was a little bit noisy. But this hasn't influenced the overall positive impression.

Great location, helpful host! Lot of sightseen objects and bus stops are at walking distance. Nice apartment's design and new furniture. Wonderful and spacy roof top terrace. Aldi supermarket is 150m close. Very good restaurants quite close.
