The water in the bathroom sink doesn't drain properly. The hot water sometimes suddenly cuts off.

First of all, it's very clean. The location is also great.

Our flight was in the evening, so we needed a place to keep bags for a few hours, and this apartment doesn't have such option. This is the only thing that could be improved.

Great location - all major attractions could are within one hor walk. Metro is in 20 m from the door. Very clean, big apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. There are at least 5–7 supermarkets around the apartment. Nice restaurant are located very close.

Exceptionally clean and spacious for our family. Beautiful inside. Fabulous location. Loads of places to eat and drink and a nice walk into the centre of Barcelona. Pool area gorgeous.

We were only there one night and I didn't find an issue at all. Maybe if I had to choose something it's that the pool is a shared pool between different buildings. The pool is small, but such a good feature on city apartments.

Loved the decor and overall feel of the buildings, great location. We accidently locked our passports in the safe, we contacted the hosts and the issue was sorted immediately.

Unfortunately a lot of noise from other apartments. Rules about silence at night are not respected and not handled by landlords. Wifi very slow.

Nice modern place, well located in the L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample. Good modern apartment with good space. Balcony at the backend with furniture. Kitchen with most needed equipment. Bathroom at bit small. Small nice Oasis with a small pool. Expect a lot of people in July. Many restaurants in the area, close to Metro and busses, and a nice supermaked 200 meters away.

Not much to report - the hot water ran out if we all showered so just learnt to space it out!

We were there during a heatwave, to come back to a spotlessly clean, air-conditioned spacious apartment was so lovely! The beds were really comfortable. The washing machine was an added bonus! Location was great.

The second bedroom only has an internal window, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment, so it was not a huge issue.

The property was excellent, great location and great facilities. The WiFi, cooking facilities, coffee machine and shower were simply fantastic! For people traveling on their own or with family this is a very safe and secure location/ property.

Minor minor - we couldn't fathom out the air-conditioning and the safe didnt work but really minor stuff.

The apartment is spectacularly central- being 100m from a subway station and 5 mins from good restaurants and a really good supermarket 2 mins away. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated/ furnished in a tastefully mid century style. Everything was catered for - great hairdryer , shower toiletries, cleaning kit for the washer and dishwasher, a whole load of toilet paper (!), smart tv, pool towels , a corkscrew and good cutlery. Beds were very comfortable..plus the pool 2 doors down was a major bonus. Small but an oasis in the heat of the city. Our apartment had a small balcony to the front which was great to watch the world- whilst it had a space at the back which was a bonus too. Communication was very good and door codes etc all really easy to navigate. Iwould thoroughly recommend it !

I was asking customer service if I could have any sort or early check-in (which is at 4pm) or later checkout (which is 11am) to fit within my flights but they were pretty short in there response with a hard NO & were unwilling to offer any sort of alternative. I understand there is a cleaning procedure etc but I found their response not very friendly or understanding.

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. The space is lovely, clean & bright. Doors to a balcony were you can look at the leafy streets below. Master bedroom was also bright and double doors that opened to a view of the lovely oasis / pool down below. The pool was beautifully secluded, quiet and situated just next door to the apartments. . I would 100% come again. Highly recommended.

Beautifully clean, well appointed, spacious apartment. In a quieter area of the city but easy reach of all the main sights and activities. Useful amenities kit, wishing machine and dishwasher available. Come out and turn right to get to the closest supermarket - opens 9am- on the next block. Would highly recommend. We also used the luggage storage and popped round to the little pool (water v chilly but it is April)

We could hear everyone walking in and up the stairs.

The apartment is very spacious, with two great rooms. The kitchenette is moderately equipped, suitable if you want to prepare a meal. I really appreciated the cleaning kit—such a thoughtful touch! The neighborhood is fantastic, located very close to Casa Batlló. There are plenty of excellent brunch spots nearby, and the underground train station is just steps away from the entrance—super convenient!

They could not provide an early check in (hello Booking !!!) , but provided with a locker room in a different place (10/15 minute walking). Later we got our luggage and went to the building. Front door only open 3pm SHARP. We WAITED for 30 minutes at the door for the secret code. Called Aspasios service, but they could not manage to let us in before. Detail, apartment was already READY. So bad CRM. It was our 4th time at Aspasios, but certainly the LAST. Good place to stay if you don't need them.

Location (L'Exaimple), most of all. Apartment has a good living and dining room and a well equipped kitchen. One of the rooms is spacious, the other no.

There is no free storage service. A chargeable locker service is recommended. The location is 10 minutes walk from the premises, but when you travel with huge luggage and with young kids, it still can be inconvenient. If you are taking taxi from the airport, it is recommended to go straight to the locker's location rather than the premises itself. And I think the staff should make this point clearer in the booking confirmation.

The location is excellent, in the center of Eixample and in walkable distance to La Rambla and the Gracia area. The staff is professional, always very accessible and quick in response. The premises is a bit old (as is normal in the historical district of Barcelona), but it's well renovated with a modern touch. The rooms are very spacious.
