Unfortunately the guests above our room didn't adhere to house rules. Loud shouting at 3am, party and continuing through the night. Issue was reported but not resolved.

The location was good, close to the center and metro stop just outside apartment. Apartment was as on the pictures. Everything that you needed for a city break

Toilets doors not closing. Tropical showers working for few seconds upon pressing might be not comfortable for some (little kids etc).but ok for me. Rooms are tiny with doors between are ok for me but lack privacy if needed.

Good location. Bus and metro just below the building. Coffee and tea supplies available. Small balconies for cosy time spending. 2 bathrooms. Elevator available. Go for floor 1. Keys through mobile phone is very convenient.

Location was ideal. Waking distance to La Rambla and the beach. Situated just across the road to the underground system. Hosts were very responsive and provided plenty of information upon arrival and checked in on us during our stay. Apartment was very clean and had all the things you need for a short stay. 100% would recommend

No locks on bathroom doors (it's a 5 bed apartment!) Sofas/living room could be re-thought a bit A bit odd having sliding wooden doors between some rooms.

The property was incredibly spacious for its central location and had a very large terrace with a table and 2 sun loungers. The beds were very comfortable and the air con was very cold.

The shower head was broken and would not stay in place , just needed a few jobs doing . Great having a coffee maker but without any coffee pods was just nice to look at. There was small ants in the apartment but they didn’t bother us.

Good location with local stores close by. Outside space was great, lovely to sit out for breakfast and drinks on a sunny evening.

The check in process was very cumbersome. A large part on line which took 40 minutes. Then we had to pick the keys up at a separate location to the property, costing us additional money for taxis. No flexibility for early or late check in/out, at all. No instructions inside the unit. All televisions were different models, some worked some didn't? The main shower leaked all over the floor and clearly has been for years. We had to use multiple towels to mop up mess.

The space was very big and the property was well located.

There is noise and vibration in the bedroom all night long, coming from an unknown source, perhaps from the building's ventilation or the air conditioning units located upstairs. We found a broken terrace door in the apartment, which we reported but no one showed up to fix it.

The apartment is in a good location, bright, spacious and with a large beautiful balcony.Entry to the apartment is easy with an electronic key.

The smell of the drains and the horrible smell of the bathroom.

It was good value for money and good location. The drains had an awful smell which was the only problem. The bathrooms would constantly have a horrible smell but the apartment was good space. Lots of beds and a nice balcony. The area was also super easy to get to anywhere from. The metro is a 30 second walk away so was overall really good ! Thanks

we had a few drinks in the terrace one evening before going out, it was not a party just girl talk. we got a text next morning that we were too laud so we couldn't use terrace at the evening time anymore just in case.

The apartment was in perfect location. The terrace was just amazing and great to enjoy breakfast outside

Very noisy neighbours - they were all up scrapping chairs most of the nights - people shouting in the stairwell Beds had plastic on them which made them sweaty Mattresses rolled into the middle

No staff around and cigarette butts and mess all over the main entrance for the entire weekend. Was pretty dirty downstairs.

Exceptional views and apartment. Great location so close to La Rambla and Parallel Metro station. Updates and communications most days.
