How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Rather soulless in a large apartment complex. The main reception was down road which was fine unless you needed something. There is a reception open at erratic hours on site but despite signage was only open twice in our 4 day stay. Very little was provided in the apartment. Not a cleaning cloth or tea towel or a teabag - felt very ungenerous. There were no knifes to cut a piece of fruit with. The hot water regularly ran out. It was very noisy from the upstairs guests.
Great location on a quiet street close to centre and some lovely bars and restaurants. Was able to have separate rooms for teen children.

Checking in at 5 pm it is way too late, especially when there is no flexibility to check out late. I understand 3 pm as a standard but 5 pm it's a big time NO. The only reason I do not give 10 is because there was only 1 restroom in the apartment, but other than that everything was just awesome. Very good location.

Never saw any staff. The reception seemed to be closed all the time. Kitchen was not well equipped. No knifes to even cut a lemon in half!

Reception only open until 6pm for check in and apartment only available from 5pm. Can check in nearby until 9 but not great if flying in late. The apartment kitchen was not very well stocked and the place was generally very tired and needed better upkeep. Pool was tiny.
Staff were friendly. Location was convenient enough.

Soundproofing - a lot of noise from the street and the yard. Also due to yard/road (where there were clearly lots of people) we didn't feel comfortable opening the shutters to let in light. We were on the ground floor

It might have been my fault , but when we arrived we couldn't get in , so had to phone someone , who told us where to go . The people on recertion were very helpful though .
The apartments were very well located , clean and comfortable .

The 'swimming pool' is very small - not really a pool at all.

We had to go to another place to collect the keys which wasn’t ideal as you can’t drive down that road.

Would have been good to have a few condiments such as salt, pepper and sugar. Beds were quite hard. But all these are minor gripes.
Apartment very clean and bright, lovely balcony area, great location, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Pool on the roof small but good. Helpful staff.

We booked this apartment because of the pool that was closed/under maintenance during our stay. That was disappointing.

Pool is really just a plunge pool and was out of action first day of our visit. Second day it was very full and no extra parasols so little shade and not really comfortable for cooling off. No drying rack to hang up clothes even though a washing machine was available - this would be handy.
Location was perfect Airco worked well in appartmebt.

There is a distinct damp smell in the apartment which should be looked into.
The apartment was very spacious, perfect for our group and had lots of lovely facilities like a coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer etc. The property is in a great location for exploring Seville, everything is within walking distance and there are some lovely restaurants and cafes nearby and a shop right across the road. We liked the option of the pool even though it was being cleaned the first day we arrived which limited when we could use it. It was great to have a dip though especially in such heat! When we arrived our room was ready early and the staff were very kind and helpful.

The thing that really annoyed me was the gift pack they provided with one Dishwasher tablet, one laundry machine capsule and one sponge for a family of four for four days. Any more and you had to pay for it! So cheap!!! The apartments lacked plates, cups etc. The pool was broken when we arrived but fixed during our stay. It’s constantly crowded though as there’s so many apartments in the complex and only one very small pool so don’t book expecting to use the pool. We managed to get it to ourselves for around 10 minutes on one of the four days we were in Seville.
The receptionist seemed very professional and friendly. I feel sorry for her as I imagine she’s got her hands full with all the problems these apartments have. The apartments were functional. The best aspect was the location on the outskirts of the main tourist area and also close to the better eating areas across the river in Tirana and North of the centre towards Macarena
