How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The receptionist when we arrived was miserable and very unhelpful

Nothing really.
Room was large with great views over the swimming pool (unfortunately didn't have time to try it out). It was also easy to find and quiet. Breakfast was basic and in the service area, possibly due to the hotel being quiet.

The receptions is not good English and I couldn't Spanish this is little bit difficult for me to communication
The breakfast is good, room is clean, they have a lot of parking space, this hotel has restaurant and mini market so easy to find dinner and some stuff.

The staffs is not good english
The location is close to my work place and there are restaurant close to the hotel and the room is clean enough. The parking space is a lot of. The view is good.

It was an overnight stop off the A-5 which was great. Our view was an orchard and not a sound from the highway reached us. We sat at the pool and had a swim. The meal was really enjoyable. We slept well.

Overall very bad reception service. Lack of proper cleaning. Breakfast is not always buffet style. Uncomfortable beds.

Because we don't speak Spanish and staff didn't speak English, we missed some communication about the breakfast but figured it out.
The breakfast was basic but very good! The location was great for us.

I don t know the exact reason but on bar and breakfast staff is not enough. I had the feeling that it is too big One bed needed to be changed

Nada.
This hotel is a really easy and convenient stop about 200kms along the road down to Portugal from Madrid. The place is quiet, the rooms are simply furnished, clean and modern and a good buffet breakfast is included in what are very reasonably priced rooms. It’s located a short distance from the autopista via a direct turn-off. There’s also a 24hr cafeteria on-site plus a discount-price petrol station. Highly recommended.

Admin at check out was a little messy as I was told my dinner and late check out had not been paid. Fortunately I had the receipts and paid with Revolut to proof it. Staff very helpful to arrive to a solution, this was probably an internal admin glitch.
Very functional hotel, the room was a good size, everything working, to include a small fridge is very useful, very well equipped in general. Staff very friendly. Option to have late check out was great too. The restarurant was good too, I had dinner once, the food was good and reasonably price. Keep the context in mind, this is a roadside hotel. Based on that, very satisfied.

Nothing, it was as expected.
Clean, spacious rooms, decent breakfast. It is isolated, and no restaurant as such, we ate at the cafe, which was fine with a reasonable menu del dia. Good access to Monfrague Park. Staff were very helpful, changing rooms for us because of our heavily snoring neighbour, and upgrading us at the same time. Useful having a filling station on site as well.

The location is next to a gas station and there is nothing around, it is only for a stay over.
Perfect place for a quick stay over on the way to Madrid. Although close to the motorway, you don't hear anything during the night. Breakfast was also ok and the bonus was the pool.
