It's a hostel not a hotel. They advertise fake services that they don't provide. They will tell you that it is a punctual issue, but the truth as that they don't offer housekeeping services. The rooms are poorly clean and when we complained they offered us cleaning products and clean linen to do the room ourselves. We understand that as a hostel it would be normal, but they advertise themselves as a hotel, and they charge accordingly. I would highly avoid. When we complained about what we consider an obvious scam, the manager didn't offer any solution except, again, to clean the toilet ourselves.

The cleanliness; the location; the comfort; the decor; the proximity to Capitol Hill; the appliances including no less than 3 refrigerators; the beautiful residential area...most everything. An absolutely ideal space that we would highly recommend.

Comms were a little bit problematic prior to check in. Additionally, one never knew who one was talking to as people didn't often sign their name on messaging. We were not introduced to the hosts who we eventually worked out live upstairs. Voices carried.

Excellent value for money. Lovely clean large suite, kitchen was great, beds comfy. Only 25min walk to Naples. Pool and hot tub were clean and very quiet. Staff were helpful. Really great value for location
