AC in the room, room service, access to a meal room with microwave, fridge and toasters. It was very clean.

With around 2 weeks notice, we wanted to shorten our stay by one night due to the flight cancellation, which I guess happens quite often since 3 out of 4 our flights in Azores were changed, but the hotel refused to refund this one night. Lack of oven and kitchen stove. Small amount of space in the common fridge, no fridge in the room. No electric socket in the bathroom.

Great location and the room on top was very quiet

The place, specially the room, had a musty smell. Bathroom wasn’t very clean (there were hairs in the shower), and towels were a bit dirty, and although we left them on the floor, they wouldn’t change them.
