The room was beautiful, brand new and spotlessly clean, just like the bathroom, where shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap were all provided. The bed was extremely comfortable, and both the room and the bed linen had a pleasant scent. I especially appreciated the pillows, which were new and supportive, not the cheaper kind. The air conditioning worked perfectly, so the temperature was always comfortable. Although the accommodation overlooks the market, thanks to the excellent soundproofing I could rest in complete silence. The host was very kind and flexible, and the breakfast was fresh and truly delicious. Overall, I was fully satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to others!

Location very close to central station. Excellent hosts - so welcoming and genuinely hospitable. Attic bedroom was simple but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the dining/garden terrace area was exceptional, in not only the quality of food and it’s superb presentation, but also the charm of the elegant decor

Modern, clean, well appointed hotel on the edge of the Sassi. All mod cons within easy walking distance to the "main attraction", ie the historical caves area - perfect for more mature travellers. All staff were really helpful and friendly, room servicing was exceptional!!

Excellent communication from the hotel. Very helpful in giving us clear instructions on how to find them. Friendly lady on reception. Excellent location - easy access to everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Historical, traditional and authentic Venetian building and decor.

In our room, 204, the connecting wall with the room next to us was thin and we could hear everything the people next door were saying. Luckily, they went to sleep at a reasonable hour so didn't disturb us too much. (This might not have been the case in other rooms.) To be truthful, I felt uneasy with the access arrangements. The property was entered from the street via an iron gate operated by a key pad, and then our room was up 2 flights of narrow stairs and then through a door which was also opened via a key pad. While this was secure, I did feel that it would be impossible to exit the building quickly in case of a fire or other emergency which made me uneasy. This may well be the case with many old buildings in Venice, but if I had done more research or realised this, then I would not have chosen this property.

Location was excellent! Balcony in the room was beautiful. The host was very kind to let us leave our bags after the check out, so that we can go around the town without them, and come for them when we are done.

Close to train station for visit Milan. Free parking spot very good. The village itself has a nice square with a church and a good coffee bar with nice staff. Good bed, quiet at night. Quick check inn.

It was a bit outdated, it was not cleaned properly such as floor and kitchen i think. No airco in summer it is way too hot.

You’ll need a car for the local bars and restaurants otherwise you’ll have to eat and drink in the hotel. The food was too notch but it’s expensive. You get what you pay for.
