The house and gardens were lovely Booked this for family coming over to visit from Italy I only have a 2 bedroom bungalow so wasn't able to put them all up The house had some lovely nice nacs which made it feel more cosy than a few places we've rented in the past The owner was very kind and let us check in earlier than stated

The accommodation was a bit grubby in places Oven dirty and oven tray greasy lots of cobwebs and a few areas had been overlooked whilst dusting One of the mattresses and pillows definitely could do with replacing The others didn't say their beds were uncomfortable so I'm guessing it was just ours Had difficulty using the hob as no instructions and it kept going off We had to keep switching it off at the mains to restart it We had to put shake and vac down on the carpets and rugs to mask the strong smell of dogs☹️

Very clean and tidy, greeted warmly by Lynne, host. Quiet rural setting. Easy to navigate to/from. Self catering worked for us. Able to walk the local area with ease. Relaxing space in sun room. Comfy bed. The local pub was very good!

Perfect place to stop as our return flight was 12.30am. Staff were polite, it was quick and easy to get to room which was clean and comfortable. Check out staff polite. No problems.

All the staff were excellent and very helpful. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Great to see fish on the menu.

Nothing that I didn’t like but a couple of suggestions. Perhaps redecorate the dining room at some point as it was a bit dull but very functional. Change the tea bags in the rooms, they kept breaking before use and were not very strong. Threw quite a few away.

Reasonable location for Pirbright where I needed to be next day. Communication was fine.

Room was large but old fashioned. Curtains didn't fit so luckily there was a pull down blind. Couldnt get cold water from shower which had limited temperature control. The fridge made an awful racket as did the bathroom extractor. Could hear TV from one of the nearby rooms. Pillows were too hard for me. So all in all, had a terrible night's sleep.
