Upon very early arrival, our room was naturaly not ready. However, staff made it their mission to offer the first available room. We were grateful as we had come off a lon flight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as nothing was an issue. The room and the hotel was spotless with a great location. We'll be booking again when in Dubai next.

Everything except our view from 2nd floor, it's right in front of the barracks of a construction firm. We informed them hopefully on the higher floor with vetter view, but yeah maybe no rooms available

I didn't like how the receptionist didn't give me a chance to look at the place before booking. Sudden entry into the room without prior permission from the guest, And coming an hour before check-out to clean, in one of the rooms I booked the refrigerator does not work, my advice to the management of the Atana Hotel is to observe the staff while performing tasks and pay attention to the guest

Check-in was quite slow, although the hotel was understandably busy with the Onam festival. Parking was also a challenge, as the on-site car park was full and I was advised to park across a very busy road, which did not feel safe to cross. The room was very basic and could benefit from improvements. Towels were not provided in sufficient quantity on arrival, the fridge was not working and needed to be replaced, and the bedding did not feel particularly crisp or clean. Housekeeping standards overall were below expectations, and the bathroom in particular showed mould and required more thorough cleaning. Noise was a significant issue, with music from nearby bars and activity in the corridors continuing late into the night. The lifts also seemed undersized for the property, often resulting in long waiting times. Breakfast was acceptable, though I did not feel entirely confident with the food hygiene, so I opted for fruit and toast. This property has potential but would greatly benefit from stronger housekeeping practices, better soundproofing, and closer attention to guest comfort and safety.
