Not enough toiletries for two people. Long, thick black hair found in bathroom. Brought hair issue up to front desk the next morning and the morning person working there didn't seem all to concerned. That cream soda was unforgiveablely terrible.

Good front desk staff evening of check-in, quiet area and great for a pit stop. Costco nearby.

booking .com indicate that breakfast is included but the first thing the staff will tell you will be that is not included but you can have a discount coupon 60 minutes lineup waiting for breakfast :(

We didn't like that it had a clear glass shower with a terrible shower head. The floor was a super slippery tile wven when dry. We didn't like all the noise from the costco next door. Perfect for a business trip and just ok for a family trip in my opinion.

We liked how nice and new it is. The staff were great. We got to check in an hour early. We liked that it was close to langford.

Some chairs by the pool would be nice Our grandchildren came to visit and swim in the pool, but there was no place to sit and watch for some the family who did not want to swim

Bed was uncomfortable, too hard. Visual in the bathroom (broken tiles) detracted from the overall experience.

Location is convenient for needs. Breakfast was excellent.

The one thing that I didn't like was the pet cost. Even though I knew this ahead of time, it was $35/pet/night, which I think is too high. I've never paid more that $25/pet, and because the dogs are well groomed, well behaved and very quiet I've even been charged for only 1 pet instead of 2 previously. It cost us 43% of the total cost of our room just to have 2 pets with us, that slept on the floor!

The breakfast was very good. It was a restaurant, and not the hotel buffet type that you normally get.

Not the hotel’s fault but there were a couple of teams of youth hockey teams who apparently never learned that it’s common courtesy to be quiet late at night and early in the morning

The bedding cover is old, yellow with many rotten marks in it. The staff didn't give basic orientation information about the hotel when checking in. e g. Where is the location of restaurant, swimming pool....

No instructions for air con! Took forever to figure out it actually opened to access controls. In the meantime, it was ridiculously HOT! Sending security around to tell people to go back to their rooms on new year's eve was ridiculous! The entire floor was for party goers, and right after midnight, we (all registered guests in different rooms) were told we couldn't sit and talk in one room - even if we were quiet. I didn't pay $200 to be treated like an errant child and be told I couldn't visit. Again, the entire floor was for party goers, and we were not the only ones doing this. We were talking, oh no. Won't stay here again even though the room was great

We were surprised that the two queen corner suite was actually just a larger room with two queen beds. No separation or separate bedroom. The additional $35/ day for our dog was not disclosed when booking either. All in all a nice place to stay.

We didn’t have a very good experience with any of the front desk ladies. They were dry, not very relatable, not friendly nor welcoming. For a position in the front desk it is appreciated when staff are helpful and welcoming and helpful when issues arise. It is a shame that the two main faces of the hotel make the stay less enjoyable.

We love the cleanliness and the facility. The housekeeping team were awesome, helpful and very kind.
