The hotel feels a bit tight, hallways are small... I guess nothing you can change. It's also on the pricy side for what it is... it's difficult to park but other than that is all good.

The rooms could use a bit more lighting- there were dark corners in the rooms (where you place your luggage) and poor lighting in the bathroom (for shaving and putting on make-up)

Bathroom very small and shower didn’t work well. 2 people could not be in bathroom at same time. Parking extremely tight for our bigger SUV. Thankfully we didn’t intend to make any day trips away from the Old City.

Great location for exploring Old Town Quebec. Close to restaurants and sites. Great complementary coffee in room and lobby. Close by green space for our dog to relieve himself. Decent affordable breakfast. Allowed our dog to join us in a separate area away from dining room, since rule says dogs cannot not be left alone in room.

The breakfast area is very small and therefore crowded at some times. The breakfast itself was fine, but not great (but compared to other option in the area, it was cheap). The room had a coffee machine, but no option for making tea. You have to get a cup of hot water downstairs and take it to your room. This was very inconventient.

Good hotel in the city center. The room we had was at the side of the hotel, so no view but it was really quiet (as we had requested). It was clean and very spacious. The airconditioning worked well, but made some noice. Location was great, at walking distance of all mayor sites in Quebec. Lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

Our room was very damp even though the air conditioning was running throughout our stay. Sheets felt damp. Room smelled damp. Whole place is a tad bit run down and dated. Breakfast was disappointing— served canned fruit cocktail.

Good location to easily walk around Old Town. Close to lots of restaurants. Onsite parking. Cool wine dispenser in lobby. 24 hr coffee in the lobby. Nice airy breakfast room.

The scrambled eggs, the potatoes, and the sausages on our second day were all cold, and this was just after breakfast was just put out at 7 AM!

Like the location was very close to everything just a few blocks away to restaurants and scenic attractions like the hotel Fontenac. Hotel staff were amazing very friendly and helpful. The room was larger than normal and very comfortable.

A bit of smell in the room. Room was not cleaned although we had requested it. No anti-slip mat in bathtub used for shower and no grab handles, making the slippery tub a potential fall danger.

The location was great - only a 10 minute walk to the convention center and close to many nice restaurants and shops. It's a very cozy, quiet hotel with friendly staff.

The worn carpet on level one leading to the rooms. Although our bathroom was stylish, the shower walls appeared to be moldy. Our room has a bit of an unpleasant musty smell and the window to the room looked directly into the gym so we couldn't keep our blinds open. Although the bed was comfortable, the metal bed frame was fragile & noisy.

Good location & central to all shops & restaurants. On a quiet street & appreciated being able to park my car on site. The free coffee, tea & lemon water in the lobby was a nice touch.

The staff is wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. While they didn’t have a parking spot available they had access to a spot a very short distance away. We walked every where and never used the car at all. Bonus was that there is a laundromat very close by.
