Service might be better. It's not the four stars hotel from the point of view service. Outside cleaning shoud be done earlier, not when the guiest go to have breakfast. And the room interier should be changed.

The sofa in the "living"was not comfortable to sleep on. Instead the king bed was great.

Great location, beachfront. Varied and very good food. Clean pool with warm water. Parking place, everything you need for a relaxed holiday.

Booked one week with my family and had to leave after first 8 hours here. Bathroom very dirty and smelly, no window blinds so everyone could see us in the living room, no lights in the room (very poor light from the secondary sources). Told us they have kids playground and we found nothing. No internet access if you come from abroad this is expensive to use for one week), no food diversification, had to give my son rice and cucumber as there was only pork and lamb, no drinks left 2 hours before dinner ending, the wallpaper on the walls coming off, ripped, found two baby milk bottles under my bed, even if the national money are BGN they only ask for Euros.

Beach is close by but unfortunately this is the only good thing about the hotel.

Staff, if you understand Russian then this hotel is for you. The staff do not speak a hint of english, they do not even speak the national language, BULGARIAN. Nearby shops are the same, no bulgarian whatsoever. This is management fault obviously. This is the first time in my life where nobody speaks bulgarian in a bulgarian tourist place our bathroom pipe was broken and water leaking, we told them on first day they said somebody will come right away nobody did. the food was very little choices for the size of the hotel. Bar is only open until 10. room was an absolute state!!! the minute we walked in we checked around and found hair in the drawers, but we decided not to complain because it would’ve been the same as the bathroom. housekeeping means only change of bins and toilet paper, no towels changed no nothing .

Staff didn't clean the room every day bathrooms they didn't touch for 6 days ,once they change bedding after that only hoover for someday and empty bin we have to ask even for toiletpaper..Food wasn't good breakfast was same every day .not alot choice for all inclusive.somedays food was old.Bar wasn't in good location you have to go on 3rd floor for a drink because bottom one close earlier. Beach is very stony water not a clean.Pool water was very cold.Staff wasn't friendly at all. Never go again they're .Rooms wasn't safe for.little children who wants touching everything Wasn't worth the money for all inclusive.

The staff was short staff the hotel is not clean at all in the entrance was one coffe mashine there was coffe around the floor and no one cleaned it the toilets at the lobby was soo dirty and the are close when the receptionist work time is finished in the room when we check in the toilet was dirty I have to go to the reception to ask them to cleaned for us the worst is the food it is not good at all is not covers the fullboard criteria at all and the restorant for the all inclusive clients is at the second floor and as soon you walk in it is a in a smoke all the restorant and till you get your food you get all smelly and dirty also it is saying that is private beach but you still get charge for the beach staff completely is wasting your money never again will book this hotel it is not deserve the points that is having on booking

The reception is very tacky and untidy. The same for the hallways. I also did not like the cables around the pool and the rusty squared metal lid above a hole next to the pool. It seemed very unsafe.

The food was good. It was fresh and tasty even though it wasn’t very diversified. There was always one type of soup, one type of chicken, one of pork and one of fish. A nice selection of fresh salads and fruits. It wasn’t high end cuisine, but rather more like home made food. I also liked the pool and the sun loungers with blue mattresses.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Amore in Elenite! The location is perfect – right on a clean, quiet beach with beautiful sea views. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with large balconies and comfy beds. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. The food was delicious and varied, with both local and international options. Everything was well-maintained and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.
