A staircase up onto main reception floor. A bit difficult when you’re seventy seven with a case. However if I’d left the case and asked the young staff to assist I’m sure they would have.

Friendly reception staff. Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Good tea/coffee making facilities. Very close to Southern Cross train & coach station. Also close to a Cole’s and Woolies supermarket and a food hall with a good variety of hot meals.

Our room door was not closed after cleaning which was not acceptable

Close to train station, Skybus station, day tour meeting point and supermarket. As the hotel was under renovation, a little bit dirty at the entrance. Reception was good.

Our booking was a family room and not include breakfast. There were 2 twin beds and 1 single bed. The room was quite clean and warm. The hotel location is execellent, near to Southern Cross Station. That's really easy to take Airport Skybus or take a tram to go to anywhere in the city. During my stay, the hotel entrance have been under maintenance so that it's a bit inconvenience for moving luggages but the staff were so kind and support.

Set of stairs at front from street, but it is 3 stars.

The bed & pillows were comfortable. Sheets crisp & clean. Room small but perfect for 1 night. Bathroom toilet/shower/bath/vanity basin lovely new & clean. Water warm after about 10-20 seconds (on 6th level). Window can crank open for fresh air (which is important to me). Great location for Southern Cross Train Station & Airport Sky Bus.

Under going renovation upgrade. A part of progress. Stairs at entrance, but you can ring the doorbell, and staff will attend and assist

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great close to southern cross and sky bus to Tullamarine. Cafes, restaurants and shopping mall, and strip shopping very handy. Recommend for the budget conscious traveller or a clean bed after a show or sporting event.

The breakfast can be improved for more variety.

I like the spotlight in the toilet because I felt warm standing underneath it after shower during the winter time. The bed is comfortable. Queen size bed for single room. I like the plug points are above the table. Very convenient for me to use my laptop that time, easy for charging devices. Very near to the places I visited like Chinatown and other shops by walking. I still book this hotel again the next time I visit Melbourne.

I was place next to the street which wasn't the quiet but it wasn't so bad you can't sleep. The hotel being under renovations at the time of checkin made unclear if I was at the correct place but this was only minor

The single room was small but clean which was the most important, it had all the basic things you need to sleep while you spend your time out and about. Location was excellent being only a short walk to southern cross station and easy access to many food places and trams.
