Quirky and fun furnishings, big room, great location. The bed was comfy and great pillows. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming.

There used to be a restaurant in the hotel and a cafe next door, but now there is neither, so no food options handy. Its the little things that disappoint overall, like an empty ice cube tray and the clock not set on the right time. Otherwise good stay

Cooking implements were not in the room, and it took the staff about 90 minutes to find a frying pan, saucepan and chopping board. The cook top is too high for short people!!!

One side of the bed is clearly favoured by solo guests and so it sagged a bit. More frequent mattress turning and or replacement needed.

Fantastic location with easy access to the CBD by a tram at the door and the wonderful Prahran Market across the road, and a wide variety of restaurant and cafe options to suit all tastes and budgets.

We needed an extra power point on the far side of the bed to charge our devices. Lighting could be better. Not having a window to open for fresh air was a bit stifling.

There is no breakfast provided by the hotel so you do need to step out to get it. Its not too much of a problem as there are multiple options in Prahran.

Location is amazing and the room is excellent. The pillows are brilliant and the shower pressure awesome.

The mini bar was pricey so I suggest getting your own drinks/food from woolies/coles.

The hotel has 24hr reception so if you need anything they are always there. The rooms were spacious and have a mini kitchen that you can cook from and such. It’s right down the road from Chapel street so if you’re a party person then this is a close location where you can go after a night out!! Lots of cafes and restaurants/bars to choose from as well. Coles/woolies a minute walk down the road and under ground parking for $30 a night. Also is a good hotel for art lovers as they have artwork displayed at every corner you turn, even in your rooms!

the bedside tables are a bit small and the whole space is taken up by a lamp...so there is little room to put things on. shower head falls down a lot. Neither is a deal breaker, but just a bit annoying. lacks any restaurant or coffee shop. there were 2 onsite that have been closed for a long while now. I get up early and i am hard pressed to find anywhere in the neighborhood open before 7am. it would be good to have something on site to rely on for early risers...even some kind of coffee option.

the location close to the Prahran market and chapel street is great the bed is super comfy and the room is large and has a kitchenette which is handy. bathroom nice great art on the walls
