United KingdomRoom was small but it was a single. A bit stuffy but the outside temperature was 29+. The internal air con was effective but I can't sleep with a constant noise however quiet it was, so off it went.
Staff were in every way fantastic, helpful, friendly. they deserve a big pat on the back. Breakfast was very good indeed with a huge choice. Hotel was incredibly clean, everywhere.

Almost everything. We were allowed to enter our room much earlier than the check in time. Breakfast is great,lots of variety to choose from. The staff from the reception to the cleaning lady are so accomodating. The location is so accessible both to to the train station and the oldtown. Simply minimalistic room (which is my style) and so clean. If ever I would ever go back to Villach ,I would stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

The hotel was comfortable, convenient & functional. Ideal for rail travellers, it faces the station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Food selection was good, well presented and managed. We enjoyed our brief stay
