Hello , Yeah Everything is Excellent & Nice & Also Receptionist Amir Khan Good In Talk And He Did His Formality within -2-3 Min Which is Next Level As I’m Going Many Hotel They were Holding and keep standing the guest 10-15 Min For Formalities and very Special Thing is that they Welcome Me With Welcome Drink which is Shows Value Of Customer Service.

Our stay was from 15-aug25 to 30-aug-25. I like environment of the hotel very clean and worth staying, especially the staff on front desk Amir Khan my man. I use to stay in many hotels but Amir is best. Moreover, I can't forget to talk about Harpreet Kaur. Best person ever i met in the hotel and F&B industry . The only comment was the glass shower curtain as this wasn’t big enough so water always leaked to the floor from the bath edge.

Property was well located next to a Metro station and also on the main Sheik Zayed Road making getting around very easy to all the main tourist spots. Great pool on roof with views.There are a number shops close by too such as Supermarket and Pharmacy as well as a number restaurants too. Mall of the Emirates is very close too. The staff were all very friendly very helpful and a pleasure. I want to commend the breakfast staff as every morning they were ALL so nice and helpful. We had an earache with my daughter at 4am and the staff at reception could not have been more helpful in helping me with a solution and medicine. Thanks to the staff who helped us with our luggage too as we had a lot.

Welcoming staff - the front desk team was extremely helpful. I placed a request for a room with a nice view, however due to unavailability the staff could not entertain my request. As an alternative they upgraded me to a one bedroom suite which was amazing. Location is great, the metro station is right across the hotel and behind the hotel, there are plenty of food options. Free parking - ample of free parking space.

Everything was okay in the room, except the AC—you can’t set it lower than 20°C. For others, this might not be a problem, but for me, it was a bit annoying, though not a huge issue. The bathroom and shower were 9 of 10.

The room was amazing, and I will book again in the future. I will give them 9.5 of 10.

Breakfast was very good, staff working in restaurants were excellent. Hospitality was excellent. We have family members had allergies, they take good care of it and treated as well . Cleaning staff was amazing, mustafa , Mubarak and Faisan was amazing, very pleasant and approachable all the time. Reception staff was very helpful.
