I would like to bring to your attention that I noticed in my room. There are cockroaches present.

I stayed at Dorus Hotel for two nights and found it to be excellent value for money. Located in Deira—just a short walk from Al Ghurair Centre and Union Metro—it offers a convenient base for exploring Dubai Outstanding staff service, especially Aju, who was always polite, attentive, and went out of his way to meet my needs. . The nearby nightlife scene might generate some noise late at night, perhaps because my room was close to the street and the balcony door was made of glass. Overall, I highly recommend Dorus Hotel if you're seeking a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay in Dubai—with professional, caring staff like Aju making the experience even better.

Look ,there a lot of things I love about to his place.. they have potential... they only need to make a few changes.. I can think of 6 # 1 the breakfast..I wouldn't call it breakfast.. I showed up for breakfast and they tried to put together something to eat for me. the standards was very low. If I pay for breakfast I expect a little effort. It felt like they was just warming up something from the day before. And coming from America, it reminded me of prison food I see in movies . It's food you have to eat,but not food you on u want to eat .I would eat it If I didn't have any other options. I'm No butter, no chocolate, no croissant, no eggs no pancakes no meat no juice no self service, they gave me a small paper cup of premade coffee with a lot of sugar when I'm diabetic. Why Can't they give me a some porcelain cup and all the ingredients to make my coffee how I like with the amount of sugar or cream I desire. That would've been nice.. I understand the side of town is low budget but ,should that affect the the service.. #2 they had bed bugs . I took pictures and videos. I spent 3 hours trying to get rid of as much as I could so I can be bitten the least.. I had to use the water warmer machine to pour boiling water on the edge of the mattress and used an iron to iron all the sheets and pillows and all my contaminated clothes so I don't bring any back. Specially the babies that are invisible to the naked eyes..... I counted over 20 expired not counting the invisible babies bedbugs # their sink had a leak. And they only give you one towel. So the bathroom was flooded to he whole time I was there. #4 the dirty bathroom.. it's clean to a standard but not my standard. I hate to sight of mold and black things on the corners and still. It make my skin crawl.. I would recommend heavy bleaching or applying new calking once a while. #6 i don't like the bait and switch. The price has a lot of hidden fees. Im. Really busy.

Lots of things I hate about the place. But they have a lot of potential.. I like their freezer compartment in the mini refrigerator. Comes in handy when you leave you a bottle of water to those hot days I like the carpets and the wallpapers. Their furniture are really nice. Everything is really nice they just need to change 5 things..

I almost had heart attack over the wifi ,,,I encounge visitors should prepare their personal internet before they Visit, if not some of them may die of heart attack. Each ten seconds you need to reconnect your wifi. It wasnt stable, it fluctuates like some countries economy The landline , When Your call is answered then You've worn a lottery , call the reception through the landline was like try Your luck . you would call and call until you fedup.it would be better off the room so Customers wouldn't bother themselves than to walk down to seek whatever he or she inquires The cleaners knows how to express themselves well and professionally to customers However they forget their main duty.. They do shallow cleaning, clean the surface and leave all garbages under the cabinet and under bed. The hotel hygiene and tidyness is Unfortunately a disgrace to even talk about, the whole five days I stayed there, the view glass was dusty from inside and outside. The balcony wasnt accessible for customers use Unfortunately. It was a total mess. I wonder what the hous e maintenance were there doing. The first bad encounter i had was when Checking in. I had booked from booking so just went there with my pin and confirmation code , they took me to a stinking with a single bed which I booked big double bed, so was like what was going on. I requested the room to be changed however they turned me down with an excuse that it is the only room available . I asked to refund money and cancel but was denied also instead they forced me to pay additional 200 aed Which moved the total price I saw on booking to 800aed plus..this is no no no no no for a hotel like that. They should stop destroying the hotel name and pay attention to the needful. They received me badly and sent me off badly. And had the worst check off too.

The hotel Location was ok, interior settings and coloring was amazing, and their customer services is something worth talking about accept few staffs diverting from their professional duty to been too personal. I also love how silence the hotel was despite been in clouded location . The bed was so soft and comfy . the room lighting was on points and I love the speed they take to attend to customers need once you're lucky to win a lottery by getting your call through the landline answered
