  Great hotel - just what we needed for a quick trip to LA. Great location with nearby bus and metro links. Staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming and gave us recommendations of where to visit. Room for 2 was a perfect size, bathroom also excellent. Fridge, safe and housekeeping was a huge plus! Big and comfy bed, AC worked very well. The was also a pool for the guests to use outside which we loved. Worth the price and I would definitely stay here again!

  Nice large room with a big and comfortable bed. Refrigerator and safe box included. AC was a little confusing to turn on but it worked well. Great location for a short trip to San Fran - lots of transport links nearby and plenty of attractions and food places available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Huge plus was the free luggage storage before and after check out! Worth the price you pay. Would definitely return!

  The location is so great and we could walk to Fisherman‘s Wharf, Lombard Street, Cable car. It is safe place with many restaurants nearby. The hotel has a game room with billiard and others that we enjoyed, we could have coffee and tea anytime until 4pm and had cookies and milk at 8pm. We enjoyed our stay there!

  Kids were in the pool 1-2 hours and then had the eyes so red and had problems during the rest of the day to see or get into the sun. This didnt happen in any of our other hotel pools. Next day they were fine and we didnt have more time anyway to go to the pool.

  We loved interior and facilities. We were provided with everything we needed for our holiday. We loved location of the building.

  But our expectations were to have full view on the ocean. The apartment was located on the side of the building, so the view was limited. In our family it is customary to walk barefoot in the apartment. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the floor did not allow us to do this. But perhaps few will find this a problem.
