As described. Large appartment with good kitchen area, huge fridge/freezer. Washer/dryer. Helpful front desk staff. Whilst it is located quite far down Manhattan there is a nearby subway station so does not take too long to travel north. The hotel is well located, next to Wall Street and the boardwalk area. A local bus does not take long to get to Ellis Island/Liberty departure point. The supermarket at the bottom of the building is well-stocked, if a bit more expensive than K-Mart (which is not nearby). Housekeeping comes every day and tops up the good coffee from the downstairs coffee shop.

Whilst a large space, there was a shortage of drawers for clothes. The third bedroom was a sofabed in the sitting / dining room which was not very convenient but just about workable. Some areas of the appartment were a bit scuffed.

Clean , bright and spacious with a pool and great breakfast with a full selection . Polite friendly efficient helpful staff throughout the hotel . Refrigerator and microwave in the room and ironing board , ironing, hair dryer . Hotel is handy for the airport and also not too far from downtown area (20mins) . Major supermarket and outlets a short drive (under 10mins drive) .

The location for us was perfect as we wanted a hotel within walking distance to old town - this was 2 mins walk! The room was fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer in the kitchenette. Clean throughout. Pool was large and clean. Play area for kids Free parking on site

The location is great, a few steps from historical downtown. The bathroom was nice and clean.

There were stains on 1 of the 3 pillows. The place feels dodgy: reception behind a glass panel, a stick in the window to prevent breakins. There were unsavoury characters hanging around the courtyard, and a taco truck with a loud generator running till midnight.

I paid for this booking at the time of making the booking. I stayed for 4 nights. Upon checking in, I was asked to pay $100 per day as a holding deposit which would be adjusted against any charges that I might incur. I spent about $24 which I charged to my room. When I checked out, I asked about the refund of $376. I was told the balance would be credited to my account within 2 weeks. I have not received the refund. Please follow up with the hotel. Thank you

Hostel was very clean, beds were comfortable with nice privacy curtain. Location was good, near downtown and walking distance from a trader joes. Staff were professional and gave me a good orientation to the hostel

The atmosphere in the hostel was not the friendliest I have ever been in. People did not talk to each other. There was a weird vibe socially, it felt like i was not the most welcome. My bedroom was in the basement so there was little natural light in the rooms
