      I booked this suite at the hotel for my family of two adults and two children. Upon arrival, we were promised a king-size bed and a sofa bed. However, when we arrived, we found a king-size bed and a sofa, but bed linens were provided only for the king-size bed — there was none for the sofa. The room itself was fairly clean. But the biggest issue was this: I don’t know if it happened by mistake or not, but I had already paid for the stay through Booking. Yet, upon arrival, the hotel charged me the exact same amount again. As a result, I ended up paying $500 for one night in a three-star hotel. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was refused a refund. I don’t know whether this was intentional or just an error, but please be cautious when booking rooms at this hotel.

      Beautiful home, and perfect for families, they have thought of everything. Abundance of fresh towels and bedding, well stocked cupboards with everything you would need- I particularly liked that there were some sauces and spices available to use with cooking- and the house all round was spotlessly clean. Garden seating area was fabulous. Would have stayed here much longer if we could have.

      The extremely deep memory foam topper on the main bed, it was unmanageable we just kept sinking and sinking and so we took it off! Mattress underneath not the best but preferable. We struggled to find the outdoor string light switch.

      This was our second two night stay after having been away from Manhattan for a couple of nights. The hotel stored some of our luggage for us while we were away and even managed to arrange for us to have the same room for our second stay as we had for our first stay. In my previous review I said how great the hotel and the staff are. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Manhattan.
